- english, german
My daughter and I are a local family and offer our beach house to people who are interested in coming to Pass-a-Grille for a vacation, to relax, or just for a home away from home. We enjoy sharing our place with people who will love the area like we do! I have taught at a college and worked in Human Resources & consulting firms for years. My degree is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I take pride in decorating and trying to make the house perfect. I know how important getting away is and really do my best to make sure you can have a great time! I have hand selected (with my daughters help in many cases) all of the items in the house and hope you enjoy the tasteful decorating and smooth layout!
Lisa purchased this House in 1970
Why Lisa chose Pass-a-grille
This property has been our family for a long time. This area is paradise and it is wonderful to own a small part of an island!
What makes this House unique
Breakfast nooks. like the Seahorse Restaurant, are enticing and quaint and only blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, one of the smallest shopping streets in the US, and are made for strolling along. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential and very quiet beach. It is perfect for a life made for walking, rollerblading, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the Sea Spray, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset and the sunrise as on a peninsula water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.

Nice cozy spot with everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing getaway!!
We loved staying at Paradise by the Sea! There was tons of room and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the beauty of the area even going through a surgery with our youngest son.
We had an amazing week at our pass a grille beach house
We had a perfect week at our pass a grille beach house. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home. We walked to the Beach every morning to swim, and every evening for sunset. It's so close to restaurants, we hardly used the car. We made some family dinners in our very spacious kitchen. We also enjoyed our big TV on our rainy night. It's decorated so warm and inviting. We would definitely plan another trip in the near future. Thank You again Lisa.
Lovely litlle beach house.
I was quite pleased with everything about this vacation. From the initial reservation, to all of the recommended places to visit while there. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to St. Pete Beach.
The area is very private, but beautiful.
This is an older we'll kept beach house in the perfect area for a quiet beach stay. The beach is less then a block away, with everything you need or want within walking distance. I will definetly consider staying again.
Yes the house is an older yet newly remodeled central AC house build from a SEARS craftsman catalogue almost one hundred years ago.. (which many find is part of the charm.) The beach area is more private. Thank you for your review.
Great House and a Perfect Vacation
We loved the house and location. Very comfortable and convenient to everything. Being on the quiet end of the beach was a plus and proximity to restaurants, shops and grocery stores made our car completely unnecessary. There were more beach amenities than we expected and the kitchen had everything we needed. Spent a lot of time (when not at the beach) in the back yard on the hammock or just reading in the comfortable chairs. We hope to come back every year.
This is the perfect place for a couple, two couples, or a couple with kids. I didn't realize at first that we shared a wall with another unit. We tread quietly at night, but I never heard a peep from the other visitors and the whole place was very quiet. Two bedrooms and one of them has a comfy king-sized bed. I appreciate that the ceiling fan was quiet and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The living room is spacious. The instructions for cleaning up & leaving were clear and communication with Lisa was easy. This is literally a 60 second walk to long, beautiful St. Pete's beach. Really a perfect location for a getaway.
