Nice quiet location.
Great spot.. parking was crazy. Had trailers in my spot whole time. So had to park few rows away. Other than that it was great..

Everything brand new! Extra everything in cabinets ready for family and friends entertainment. Also use of beach items. Everything!! Absolutely love my time and stay here.
Wonderful home away from home
The location of this condo is fabulous. Such a quick easy drive to the beach (so close!), village, or grocery store. The condo came with everything we needed and then some. We loved the beach toys, wagon, and Cornhole set. The sunroom was nice and private. The beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean. The pool was so nice and warm, and we we're almost always the only ones there. We will definitely be back!
Wonderful location and adorable condo
We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is exactly what i picture when i think of a place at the beach. It had everything we needed for our trip there also. The sun room was our favorite spot. I cannot tell you how many hours we spent out there. The pool was a nice spot to hang out as well. We definitely will be booking here again!
We wouldn't recommend it to others
While the location and access to all the island has to offer was nice, there are dozens of units on the island that provide the same access. While the issues with the unit weren't bad enough to cause us to leave, there was enough that we wouldn't return. They also weren't significant enough to call the local number to bother them because they couldn't be easily fixed. We did send two emails to the owner during our stay and haven't heard a response.
The furnishings in this unit are just plain and simply worn out. The couches have little to no padding and most everything is an eclectic mismatch of random items picked up from different places. The bedroom furniture was in a similar state although the beds were decently comfortable.
Overall the feeling was that this unit hasn't had anything done to it in likely 20 years. The decor is dated and the wallpaper borders are showing their age. The baseboards are dirty and haven't been cleaned or painted in a long time. The carpet could similarly be replaced as another cleaning would only do so much for it.
Unfortunately much of this may be due to the way this unit is cleaned and turned over for the next guest. Minimal work is done between stays. The ceiling a/c vents had dust all over them where they haven't been tended to in a long time. Actually many of those vents are rusted and should be replaced simply for aesthetic reasons. The place mats were dirty upon arrival from the last guests that ate chips for lunch. The linens upstairs were stained on both the sheets and the pillow cases. These are things that a good cleaning person would make the owner aware of so that they could be fixed. The decorations were very dusty and just worn out. There is a crab picture in the master bath about not being crabby on vacation, but that is hard to do when you see how dusty and dirty the wall hanging is. A sailboat ship on the counter in the kitchen must have sailed the seven seas in a coffee cup and has stains on it, again, small things that quickly add up. It all needs a deep clean.
The vent in the upstairs bath is gone. There must be a bad bearing in it because you can hear it squealing downstairs whenever it was turned on. There was only one cable television remote to be found in the unit (ideally the cleaning group would notice that type of thing too). The queen bed upstairs had a tv, but no cables to connect anything even if we had a remote.
All in all there is not enough being reinvested back into this unit
