I love your house. It was set up beautifully. We could put the kids to bed and enjoy our adult time upstairs. The sky and the view was always beautiful. You had everything we could have asked for and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We went ot hte aquarium one day, to Clearwater Beach on day, to Clearwater to Church on Sunday, Bowling on the rainy day and we hung out at the pool while the boys played golf. Oh yes, and the girls went shopping several times! The grocery stores were nice. THANKS AGAIN FOR A NICE VACATION. I would like to stay in touch for I consider you a friend now since we have emailed back and forth so much. LINDA

Very spacious and nice.

We had a wonderful time at the house. To our surprise, there was everything needed in the kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, casserole dishes. Also, plenty of linens in the closet. Even had towels to use by the pool. The washer and dryer were used daily. Sometimes, multiple times per day. We didn't come home with very many dirty clothes. Beautiful pool and it was totally enclosed, which is great for opening the doors and letting the breezes flow without worrying or being annoyed by bugs. Loved it!!!

Beautiful Property

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful house! The house is very big and has more than enough room for a larger group with everything you need. We had a great time, fishing off the dock in the back of the house or just hanging out by the pool and spa. The house is close to everything and the restaurants in the area are easy to get to. Chris could not have been more helpful and made our stay very relaxing. Thanks again Chris.

Family reunion

This is a great property and as advertised we did see the dolphins 4 times during our stay. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Close to the beaches and any kind of dining that one would need. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Very nice house and pool!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for a week with adults and kids. The house is spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The pool and hot tub were great and heater worked fine. The screen kept all the bugs out, especially at night. We did not see the dolphin, but the kids enjoyed fishing off of the dock and feeding the pelican and egrets. We would stay here again.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay - can't control the dolphin appearances - but next year when you come back, watch the tide charts - they are most likely to visit just before high tide!!!
