Disney Doorstep, Popular Villa Home, Premier Location, Family Favorite
About Disney Rentals
Hi, I'm Belinda, married for 25 years with two children. I have two vacation rental properties in the Disney area, one in Clear Creek and the other in Indian Creek. I love Orlando, not only due to Disney attractions but also because of Florida's attractive climate. I brought this villa home back in 2010 as a vacation rental property and have been offering this villa rental to Disney vacationers ever since, much longer than most other owners in this area and a testament to the sustainability and consistency of services provided. My rental home is attractive to vacationers because of location, amenities as well as affordability. Combining the two rentals, I have already served about 700 groups of guests over those years in business. As a result, I have accumulated much experience in providing vacation lodging needs and servicing a wide spectrum of renters, certainly having learned from mistakes. I try to accommodate a wide range of guests who all have different needs and personalities. I love working with and helping Disney vacationers make their stays affordable, enjoyable and memorable.

Why Disney Rentals chose Kissimmee
My rental home is in Indian Creek, Kissimmee, a renowned vacation rental resort. It is one of the closest communities to Walt Disney World complex, only 3.5 miles to its entrance. It appeals to both US and international guests. Since 2010, about one quarter of my rentals have been provided to guests from overseas, mostly Canada, Europe and Central America. In particular, snowbirds from Canada and Northern states like the location. During winter months, they escape from hometown frigid climates and come to Disney/Orlando to enjoy the Florida warm weather and activities. The layout of our house is preferred by vacationers. All rooms are on one floor and the bedrooms are centered around a high ceiling living area, which creates a feel of openness and makes it easy to reach every part of the house. The south-facing pool area of our property is highly desirable. Due to spacial constrain in house orientation, only a minority of properties enjoy such privilege. While our pool deck is soaked in sunlight most of a day, other properties without southern exposure are draped in shadow for a good part of a sunny day.

Value for the money
A few problems. Needs to replace one bathtub it was awful. I would also suggest a decent shower head for the master. The owner probably needs to spend a little money to get better ratings.
The location was excellent close to Disney , shopping, and restaurants.
Ok for the money, do expect a five star location for a three star price and you won’t be disappointed.
House was very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping areas. Pool and game room as advertised.
Good. A few small issues with property, dryer wasn’t working (no heat), stove top had a burner out. But nothing that would keep me from staying again
2019 summer vacation
The location was great, close to supermarkets and Disney. I wasn’t to impressed with the house itself, microwave door was broken and only 3 burners worked on the stove, the pots and pans were not good for cooking. Air conditioning was not on a comfortable setting, it would get very hot at night and we weren’t allowed to mess with the settings. We rented the outdoor grill but found it was very dirty and the propane tank was empty, I had to go to the gas station and get a new one, paid out of pocket. The kids enjoyed the pool but kept getting scraped with the rough floor and walls.
It was clean but the some floors were dirty and there was also big cockroachs in the garage and otherwise than that the experience was great. And near disney land.
Nice home & neighborhood
I was there for a week with my grandchildren 16 & 18. The house was close to everything we needed, Universal, Sea World & great restaurants. The house does need to be updated with new paint & appliances. The temp was set on 74 so the bedrooms in the back were warm. It was in the 90s while we were there. But overall, I would definitely stay there again. Very good price!
Think twice before you reserve
I reserve this property back in 2018. The pictures that were used to advertise the property looked awesome. After I had completely paid for the rental I started to notice negative reviews about the property. The pictures of the property are from at least 10 years ago the property has quite a of few things wrong with it. The house is very worn on the inside: there was mold, heavy layers of dust on door jams and anything high the front door and garage/game room door showed quite a bit of wear there are marks and stains on the wall stains on the fabric of the couches the pool was very dirty along with rust in the drains and mold in the caulking in the kitchen. The refrigerator and the stove were rusted and old and the microwave was cracked . If these things don’t bother you then go ahead and rent it but just know that the pictures are not reflected of the property in its current state the owner needs to put some money into the property to bring it back to its original condition.
