Probably fine during "Peak" Season.

We picked this rental partly because of the included linens and towels. They were included and abundant for an in-law family of six. What we didn't know was that we had to launder what we used before being out by our 10am checkout. This made for an early last night(Fri), so that we could be up early enough to wash and dry all of the bedding and towels. We were 2 separate families and we only received 1 key, for the building and another for the condo.

That made planning our individual outings extremely difficult. On Thurs. of our stay, my nephew found another set of keys in a kitchen drawer while looking for a pen, it is amazing how that 1 little thing improved our last day, as we wanted to go to the lighthouse and they wanted to go up to Atlantic City, no worries about how to get back into the condo. The key for the front door of the building, did not work to let us out on the pool deck. We would have enjoyed being able to sit out there in the sun, out of the wind, since it was very cool and breezy while we were there. Of the 6 of us, only 1 did not complain of aches and pains from the beds, they were the most uncomfortable we have had in a long time. We were able to park both vehicles under the building, since it was almost empty. During peak season, they say that there is parking in the lot next door. That is a city lot, that you have to pay daily for and compete with others for spots. The condo was very well equipped, clean and roomy enough for all of us. We had plenty of hot water and water pressure. I'm not a fan of glass top stoves, but it worked well as did the toaster oven and coffee maker. We did not use the dish washer. The water was not yet turned on in the garage for rinsing our feet from the beach and the garbage shoot was screwed shut. It is a VERY, long walk out to the water, which was only a problem for my sister-in-law, recovering from an ankle injury. None of the shops under the building were open during the week. Wildwood is dead during the offseason. Restaurants/Diners, open on the weekend, were closed during the week. There is a WalMart just off the island in RIO Grande, that allowed us to stock up for most meals during the week. We had stayed in Ocean City before in April and there was no shortage of places open and things to do. We drove up there on Wednesday and it was a different world from Wildwood. As was Cape May.

1) KEY PROCEDURES: Keys to the unit will be mailed 10 days before arrival date. After checking out, please use provided self addressed stamped envelope to mail keys back to owners. Keys must be mailed back within 7 days of check out.

2) CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented. (less $150 Administrative Fee). The earlier you inform us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.

3) PROPERTY CONDITION AND SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental; for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition: No physical damage, vacation rental clean and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, linens washed and folded on beds etc. Late check-out trash left, or vacation rental needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. Deposits will be returned within 30 days after the date of departure to allow, for phone charges and charges due to laundry, lost keys, parking cards, damages and/or additional cleaning.

4) THE OWNER AND/OR AGENT: are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental.
