This not your high-priced, cookie cutter, typical Florida condo with granite counter tops, etc. Instead, this is a lovely 25 year old waterfront, doublewide manufactured home with a fenced yard in an older NW Tampa community. It is situated on a Rocky Creek saltwater canal that leads into Tampa Bay & the Gulf of Mexico. Includes a canoe for the adventurous.

BRING YOUR BOAT & FISHING GEAR. Some basic fishing rods & tackle are also provided. If you're lucky you might catch a dinner of Redfish, Snook, Spotted Seatrout or Mullet off the dock or head for the bay or Gulf.
The area wasn't the greatest but that said, the neighbours were quiet and peaceful. The home is a modified double trailer and the inside layout is quite good for 2 non-dating adults (buddies or gal pals), 2 couples or a small family, with bedrooms down separate small corridors. The home was very well equipped inside and out with a kayak for use and a little dock and waterside deck to sit out with a glass of wine or a beer. VERY close to Tampa airport and lots of shopping, golf courses, attractions etc which is great. Jack was an excellent host and attentive to any concerns. Upon request, he had a wine decanter and good size wine glasses available from the start.
The area was quiet and safe; closely located to plenty of restaurants, groceries and shopping. The fenced area was great for the dogs to play, enough room for several cars to park out front, and we loved the swing overlooking the canal. Very relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the entire interior of property was very tidy. Overall a pleasant experience.
I had a great experience during my stay. The home is cozy, comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need, has good ample parking, is close to many restaurants, stores and amenities - and Jack truly was a fabulous, polite and responsive host. I'd stay there again, definitely.

A one time $75 cleaning fee will be charged on stays of 14 nights and less. Maid service available for extended stays.
