This property has 2 completely separated units. Both are well maintained and updated with improvements every year for vacation renters. Each unit sleeps 8-10 people.
Top unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, wood floors, garage parking for 2 cars, washer and dryer, outside deck with views off the kitchen area. Third story has two master bedrooms with ocean views from the balconies.
Bottom unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, tile floor, laundry in unit, tandem car port for 2 cars, front patio for barbequing, and deck off back two bedrooms which are upstairs on the second level. It recently had the

This was a our second time renting out this property. This time we had a larger group and rented both the top and bottom units. The owner has done some improvements, she had the outside painted and it looks really good, One of the bathrooms on the bottom floor was also remodeled and is really nice as well. You really can't beat the parking for this unit. My father in law rented the unit across from us and he couldn't fit his car into the garage, and looking at the other units it became obvious that we were lucky to have the parking spaces we did. Parking is still tight and you might need someone to help you. The units themselves are pretty big for this area and the location is awesome. We were right in the middle of things. I would definitely recommend this place. The pictures that are posted are pretty accurate of what it looks like inside the unit. My family was impressed and we want to do it again next year.
We got this beach house last minute and was pleasantly surprised at how close it is to the beach. Just a few steps. It fit our family perfectly. We had the top unit and it had two master bedrooms and one small bedroom. The parking in the garage was really tight, one Toyota Sequoia and one Honda Insight. You needed some help to get both cars in without hurting anything, but I think this is typical for all of these houses. It was just a quick walk to Belmont park. You can hear the roller coaster going. There is an awesome bbq place within walking distance as well. We ate there twice. The grilled cheese place is good too but the service was slow. The house was little dated but they had just replaced the carpet upstairs. The boogie boards were broken, but there were a ton of sand toys. If you looked at the pictures it is pretty close to what is shown. They didn't have soap or shampoo, just so you know and can plan accordingly. There were balconies everywhere too and you can see the ocean from them. The property was clean and everything worked. The TV wasn't hooked up to anything, I think we got cable, but we didn't try to hard to watch TV. There is internet, it took a little bit too figure out the password, but it looked like it worked pretty well. There is a big table that seats 8 and was good for playing games. It probably isn't the fanciest property on the block but you can't beat the location and we really only slept and ate in the house and spent most of our time on the beach. There aren't bikes included with the property, I am not sure where they would put them if there were. There is a rental place called Ray's that rents them out. On the last day we got a coupon for 10 dollars off an all day rental. Would have been nice earlier in the week.
I took my family on a week long getaway to the Beach. Great idea and great place. First of all the place is in the ideal location, and secondly it was extremely clean. We had a group of 9, and the size of the unit was perfect. This condo is 2 houses off of the beach, 1 block from Belmont park, about 2 miles from Seaworld, 15 minutes from the Cornado island, old town San Diego, the zoo, 1 hour south of Dana Point(whale watching adventures). We were able to do all of these things, and enjoy time on the beach in front of the condo. Besides all of this, Deborah was great to work with from the time I set up the rental to the time that we left. We went in June, June gloom? Weather was fantastic for the whole week. Clouds in the morning, but sunny and 70 every afternoon. Great time and certainly worth it. I would definitely recommend this property. When you come, don't have more than 2 cars though, there is only a smallish two car garage.
My family had an amazing vacation in San Diego. This home is located in the perfect place being 2 blocks from Belmont Park and even closer to the ocean. My husband, 3 daughters and I had more then enough room for our 3 night stay and could have had another family join us comfortably.
We bbq'd 2/3 nights and made friends with the families in home across the way. Although the décor isn't necessarily updated, the layout and amenities made it worth the stay. My husband and I took the upstairs area while the children occupied the first floor. There were plenty of sand toys and boogie boards for everyone which made our beach days even more fun. I would definitely stay here again and my girls were ready to move in before we left.
The owner worked with us to make sure that our needs were met and we were able to stay the days that best suited our schedule. She was timely in her responses and very accommodating.
I hope that you consider this property for your next vacation in San Diego.
