The condo has towels, hair dryer, iron, bed sheets, extra blankets, kitchen silverware, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans.
There is a King size bed in the bedroom, the sectional in the living room can be put together to make a king size bed, there are two pullout beds in the closet, a queen size futon in the living room and an extra queen size airbed to comfortably accomodate a party of six.

Wherever you turn at Ocean Reserve Sunny Isles Beach, you're facing the perfect direction. That's because the condo conversion is ideally situated between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal right across from 2.5 miles of sandy white beaches, down the road from prestigious Aventura Mall and just north of upscale Bal Harbour. There is a Heritage Park and a kids playground conviniently located near the condo.
The Condo is located within a walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

There is a $20 registration fee upon check in at the building.

I asked for a security deposit of $ 500 and I was credited with paypal.
As I do not have an account in usa, I can not charge, so I stayed in the paypal account without being able to dispose.
I am very angry about that subject.
The rest, the apartment is good, with no more complaints.
My family and I stayed at one of the condos at the Ocean Reserve building. Eugene showed us around the building, how the keys worked for the garage entry/exit and explained a little what was around the area. He was great! The area is awesome! Aventura Mall is just down the street and South Beach is about 15-20 mins away. Perfect location and the condo was in great shape! Will definitely be contacting Eugene again for our next trip, hopefully, soon!!!
I stayed here the first week of Sept and everything was perfect. The checkin was very smooth and Eugene showed me around the property and how the keys worked etc.
There is a Publix very close, for your grocery needs, and also you have the Aventura mall about a mile away.

I am a advocate of vacation rentals and this one meet all my expectations and beyond - no detail left out in the full kitchen / beach accessories / plush beds / parking / outdoor area / spotlessly clean apartment. My family enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
I like the Ocean Reserve because you have an ocean view but your well across the street so in the cooler months you don't get the direct (sometimes) cold ocean wind. But the ocean is just across the street. There is also a great park in front of the building. The gentleman handling this condo has several ocean facing units in the building. So ours was actually better looking than this one believe it or not. A very upscale renovation.... quite beautiful. You have a real complete kitchen decently outfitted, plenty of towels, pillows and sheets and a super comfortable bed. The unit comes with a parking space. There is a good gym on the first level. The pool is large and very clean, pool side chaises in teak with pads. The beach here is lovely as is all of Sunny Isles beach. It is quiet so if you want more activity you need to go down to Hallover Beach just a short drive away. So are great food, shopping and gambling. Fort Lauderdale and South Beach about the same distance away. So this unit is really in a great location to enjoy all the surrounding areas and activities.
The security deposit was handed back to me as we left with no hassle and the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Compared to a hotel the price is great and the accommodations better than most hotels. The local population is far more Russian than Spanish and very nice. The area is very family friendly but also fine for singles.
We are looking forward to going back.
