Peace and Relaxation

  • 4 of 5

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing, low tech retreat! I can't wait to do it again. Good food combined with a comfortable home and a fire made this a perfect trip. Thank you Lynette!

Great place

  • 5 of 5

We had a really nice and relaxing stay. The house was set up nicely for us. Even the fire place was prepped and ready to go. Twain Harte had plenty of restaurants and a great market for groceries. We’d like to visit again.

Everything we needed!

Very cute and upkept cabin. My family of four was very comfortable. The Bakers have a very nice space they lend out. And there is tons to do in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect, peaceful, and comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

I've delayed in writing this review because it was hard to find a way to explain how great this place is and what it now means to my family. The family was very easy to work with and it was extremely clean. We didn't want to leave. It was the perfect cabin for our little family but could've fit more people easily. If you have kids you'll love the movie collection! It was great to watch a movie at the end of a fun day and keep the memories going. My wife and I loved being tech free for a few days. Our son loved the local wildlife and the many places to explore. We recommend shopping beforehand as the local market is pretty pricey. It's truly a great place to stay. Oh and the fall leaves were beautiful! The smell of the trees brought me back to my childhood. We can't wait to stay again!
