Beautiful 2 story lakefront home on Rockford Bay, Coeur d'alene Lake. The main floor has an open living, dining kitchen area surrounded by floor to cathedral ceiling windows that lead out to the wrap around deck. Sit here and watch the lake, wildlife or kids playing at the beach below.
The Master bedroom, main bathroom and laundry are also on the main floor.
The daylight basement has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, the family can hang out and play bumper pool or watch TV or go out the sliding doors to the lawn and fire pit. An air mattress can be set up in this area for additional sleeping.
The lake frontage has a grass/sand beach and swimming area in a no wake zone. The real delight is the large new dock with its two covered boat slips. The dock is shared with the neighboring lot which uses the outside dock area for their boat.

We stayed at the home for a month and really enjoyed it. The location was convenient to downtown Coeur d'Alene for restaurants and shopping. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our needs. And the home had everything we needed. We'd recommend it to anyone.
Thishome was beautifully furnished, well supplied with all amenities and sparkling clean.The floor to ceiling windows along with the open floor planprovided fabulous views.
Access to the lake was easy and the dock was great for the boat we rented, and fishing.
The owner was always pleasant and very reponsive to any need we had.
We enjoyed our time in this fabulous home My 8 yr old grandsons would like to live there permanently!!

Our family (3 children: 13, 10, 8) really enjoyed the house on Rockford Bay. The layout of the house was perfect: Beautiful views, spacious, clean, everything you need. The boat dock came in very handy as we rented a pontoon at the marina across the bay. One of the many highlights was a bald eagle swooping down and catching a fish in the lake. (real fly fishing)
We highly recommend this property. The only downside was no window coverings, so it gets sunny very early in the morning.

Minimums represent the low season of November through February. The high season is June through September. March through May and October are mid-season. We can always negotiate on shorter or longer stays.
Added to rental rates is a 2% travel & convention tax and a 6% ID state sales tax.
