Unit has beautiful custom wood flooring and tile throughout. A custom kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. Beautiful furniture thoughout the unit consisting of a California King Master Bed, a Queen bed in second BR and two twins in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is both Ocean and River views from the 8th Floor. Unit is impeccalbly maintained and available immediately. Wake-up here and don't miss the morning sunrise.

Water, water, water. You can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphin pods and pelicans go by and you don't even need binoculars. It's relaxation therapy in its most truest form.

We have been traveling to Daytona Beach for 11 years, and stayed in many different condos. This condo more than exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to go back again. It was spacious, beautifully decorated with plenty of room and all the necessities and the luxuries that we love, especially when going away for a whole month. We can't wait to go back next year. It is also near the Daytona Beach Bandshell which features live music and fireworks throughout the year and also hosts Daytona Beach BIKEWEEK and BIKETOBERFEST & Raceweek. Daytona Lagoon is an amazing water park with full arcade, laser tag and tons of fun for the family. Other activities nearby include miniature golf, parasailing and also scuba diving and fishing excusions.There are lots of dining options only minutes from the condo. Disney & Universal Parks are only 1 hours away. Play in Orlando but stay in Daytona on a gorgeous beach. No hotel necessary.

Pal's Place

I have vacationed in the Daytona Beach area for many years and have stayed at many different resorts, hotels, and condominium commmunities. My longtime desire has been to find one location that I could look forward to coming back year after year and not continue shopping around. I have found that at Island Crowne, otherwise known to my family and me as "Pal's Place". We loved it from the minute we walked in because it is beautiful yet comfortable, very spacious even for a family of four, and the location couldn't be better for us. We could walk to Bellair Plaza, the grocery store, and other places without having to load up into the car every day. Pal went out of her way to be helpful and accomodating. She is a wonderful and kind person who thinks of everything. The condo was spotlessly clean and even had some snacks in the fridge! Thanks so much Pal, for a vacation to remember and a place to return next year where we will know exactly what to expect.
