Guestbook comments from the owner

We found this delightful gem while searching for a vacation spot for a long weekend last April. Cyndy was great to work with and the home was perfect for our six person family. The huge windows in the living room provided a breathtaking view of the lake. The deck is large and we spent a good bit of time out there. It was a nice boat dock. The home was clean and convenient to area restaurants and attractions. We will be back!

The Anderson Lake House feels like home, but on beautiful Lake Hamilton! So peaceful!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to Cyndy, who has a gift for hospitality. Her home is not only beautiful but amazingly comfortable! The well arranged kitchen affords plenty of room and everything needed for food preparation and serving. The home is immaculately maintained inside and out ... detailed descriptions of appliance operations, thoughtful placed in plain view simplify life and give more time to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the lake (from practically any room in the house, on the expansive deck areas and sunning deck attached to the boat slip. There was a plethora of plants inside and out (flowering, a herb garden, and enough aloe vera to sooth an occasional sun burn 😊

Cyndy's warmth makes you feel welcomed and though she is available should you need her, she respects your privacy and time.

We have stayed at a number of lake homes in the past ... this one is at the top of the list!

Spectacular lakeside property

  • 5 of 5

This property offers full immersion in lakeside living, with a huge backyard deck and yard facing the lake, complete with plenty of seating options and tables for eating, a barbecue grill, and a private boat dock big enough to accommodate deck chairs to enjoy the water. The kitchen is large and we'll stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the a/c is super cool. The living area large windows facing the lake are spectacular. The property is very clean and your host Cyndy is gracious and happy to provide info on Hot Springs touristy things to do. We'll be thinking about the lake views and peaceful evenings on the deck for a long time - we'd definitely stay here again.

Great for family

  • 5 of 5

My wife and 5 kids (ages 3-13) stayed here for 7 days in July. It was great. The house was immaculate and had plenty of space for us all. The kids could walk right out the back door and jump into the lake from the dock. The part of the lake nearest the house was shallow enough that our three year old could wade and splash on his own. Beyond the dock, the water was deep enough for the older kids to jump and dive.

The location is very convenient. It's within a 5 minute drive of multiple grocery stores and restaurants. There are boat rentals nearby and the neighborhood was quiet and great for my wife and I to run each morning.

The owner lives in a small house on the property. She was very respectful of our privacy and was quick to respond to our questions. Our entire family would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. It was fantastic.
