Charming Stilt Home
This charming second floor home is 1700 sq feet of relaxed, comfortable living. You'll appreciate the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Enjoy a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and adjoining office area. Master bath has a nice-sized shower and large vanity area to accommodate all of your toiletries!
There is plenty of room for extended family and friends in the other two guest bedrooms! The 2nd bedroom contains two twin-sized beds while the 3rd bedroom has a beautiful daybed with a trundle that pulls out to accommodate two more guests! The 2nd bathroom has a tub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to work on the beautiful granite countertops.
The main house sleeps 6 guests in beds.
For an additional fee, the mother-in-law suite is available to rent and sleeps 4 more guests in beds.
Additional accommodations are available in the ground floor Mother-in-law suite (at an extra charge). The suite has a separate entrance and has a bedroom with queen size bed. The spacious living room also has a daybed that has a trundle bed and would sleep two more people. Kitchen and dining area as well as a bathroom with shower.Contact the owners with rent details on the suite.
The large, heated pool allows all of your guests to spread out and enjoy themselves!
Grilling is easy.........right outside of the kitchen on the upper lanai. Sit nearby, overlooking the pool, preparing your dinner and sipping your favorite beverage.
Parking is available for a boat/boat trailer if desired.
Small dogs are allowed.

We are a 'close to retirement' couple living in Illinois. We have had ties to Fort Myers since we begab visiting our grandparents here in the 1960's. Our family property is only a block away and we are happy to be back in the this quaint Iona/McGregor area that we are so fond of.

Welcoming home away from home! Would recommend this wonderful place to anyone and would love to return sometime! Ideal location! Driveway a bit hard to find especially after dark, just FYI. Gaye is exceptionally nice to work with!
Phenomenal property & owners
We were thoroughly impressed with this house. Close to everything we needed, more space than we could have dreamed of, and the owners are amazing! We will be looking into this property again when we are in the area.

This home is in the perfect location to access Sanibel Island and many other enjoyable locations. We could have spent our entire vacation here and definitely hope to come back in the future!! Just As Wonderful The Second Time
This is the second time my family has stayed here. It's a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect and has everything that a family could need for a vacation. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels. The pool is always clean. Great location to go to Sanibel Island. Gaye is always a pleasure to work with. Thank you again.
Amazing, comfortable, and convenient home!
The property exceeded our expectations to be honest! It is a beautiful well-maintained home and property. The owner's booked us on very short-notice due to our previous accommodations with another family were cancelled. The pool is amazing and the common areas have everything you can ever want and need for a short-term vacation, i.e. plates, utensils, cable TV, net, etc. More importantly, the home is conveniently located to Sanabiel Island beaches which is awesome! Thanks again!
