This beautiful vacation home is located in a desirable area of Cape Coral located on a freshwater canal with your own private pool in a screened lanai. Just imagine the peace and tranquility sitting on your own private dock while viewing wildlife in and around the canal. There are so many kinds of birds in the backyard along with turtles, otters and plenty of fish
Our home is located just 2 minutes away from a local boat slip and within minutes up the canal you can arrive at our dock where you have access to all the major chain of lakes in Cape Coral.
Casa del Sol is an appropriate name for our home as Cape Coral has on average 335 days of sunshine a year. Our home has been recently renovated from top to bottom with all new paint inside and out, newer appliances to meet your every need and lush landscaping that will give you that 'Florida' feeling every time you drive up to your vacation home.
There are 3 bedrooms with a King, Queen and two twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have newer televisions and the sitting room/office also has a sleeper queen sofa that would allow the villa to sleep up to 8 people
The pool has solar heating as well as a newer electric heater to keep the pool at those nice warm temperatures. A Bonus to our guests is NO additional electricity charges for the home or to heat the pool !!
Included in your rental are bikes, fishing poles, tackle, tennis racquets, beach toys, beach umbrellas, chairs and sand mats., soccer balls etc.

As owners we take great pride in keeping our home up to date with the latest needs of our guests such as free wifi and unlimited long distance calling anywhere in the United States or Canada. We also take all of our guests needs into consideration for future guests by trying to stock our home with everything you need for a great vacation.
We have excellent property managers who are available as needed as well as myself and my wife who are only a phone call away in the event of a problem. We also have very reliable lawn & pool maintenance companies.

We have travelled to Florida for many years, staying in hotels or condos and renting homes. Our last 5 years before we purchased were staying in several homes in Cape Coral. We were able to discover the things we liked and did not like about rental villas . In 2011 we purchased our home and completely fixed up the home and filled it with brand new furniture , linens, kitchenware etc to make for a comfortable stay for our guests.
Eventually we would like to retire in our home but for now we want others to enjoy our little piece of paradise.

You can not find a hotel in Cape Coral that gives you the amenities of our rental home for about $100/night. We believe that we have equipped our home for all needs of our guests whether it is for 1 week or 1 month. When you can wake up in the morning, have a coffee on the dock and watch Florida wildlife in your own backyard or even put your fishing pole out to catch lunch as you are in paradise.

The main road that had all the restaurants and attractions use to be Cape Coral Parkway. Nearly 20 years later Pine Island Road has developed as the main hub of the Cape with new shopping, restaurants and entertainment very close to our home. In the next 10 years as Northern Cape Coral is developed, Pine Island Road will be the new main road for activity. Just recently 7 new restaurants and a Sam's Club have been built just a few minutes from our home
We think our home is in a perfect area that is quiet but very close to all amenities to make for a great vacation
If you want to relax this is the home for you. We spent hours on the dock drinking coffee, eating meals while enjoying the birds, fish and turtles. Peaceful is the word that describes this home. The owner has decorated the inside in tasteful beach decor. Each room was very inviting. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed with a cool ceiling fan above it. Nice tiled shower with a shaving foot rest in it. The closet space was as big as a small room. Great tvs in each room. The kitchen had everything a cook would need. You could serve food to the pool area from a sliding window in the kitchen. Nice comfy table and chairs in the pool area. Big clean gas grill by the pool. Rain or shine you could eat there. New beach chairs and umbrella in the garage. This home was very easy to find. We ate out every day with great restaurants only 10 to 15 minutes away. There were only two of us but this home would be great for a large family. We are spoiled and never stay in hotels. You will be happy with your choice if you stay here. We came home refreshed and happy.
Thanks Mike for letting us stay in your home recently. It was a pleasure to be back again and we had such nice weather. My husband did plenty of bass fishing and took our small boat out almost every day. I just enjoy reading my book on the dock in peace and quiet. I am glad you had no large damage from the hurricanes last year, the place looked great ! Hopefully we will get down this way again next year.

We loved our stay at Casa De Sol. The house is very spacious, located in a quiet subdivision and has everything you could possibly need. All you need to pack is your toothbrush and clothes. They have everything from beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, cooler and bikes to ride around the area. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing in the canal. We saw multiple turtles, ducks and a mama sea otter with her cubs.
The location is near everything from grocery stores, clothing stores and pretty much every kind of restaurant you can think of. There’s a great putt putt golf coarse 5 minutes away and about 15 minutes away from a nice sandy beach with a wonderful pier to fish or see beautiful sunsets from.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Casa De Sol to our friends and family. Mike and Cori are excellent hosts who thought of everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. They are quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We were sad to leave.

Property were nice. Well groomed, great outdoor sitting are by canal allowed for bass and tilapia fishing, all kinds of wildlife to view ( ducks, river otters, Iguana, pelicans) House was exceptional with 3 bedrooms , large living room / dining room, separate eating area for breakfast, another large sitting area, very well stocked kitchen and entire house well furnished. Pool service weekly. Pool was just the right size and fully screened and a large covered outdoor dining sitting area. Mike was very accommodating with sincere follow up before and during visit to make sure everything was just right. Lots to see very close to house location and many great places to visit just a short distance away. Sanibel Island, Pine island just a short drive away, many resteraunts right on the canals, rum distillery almost walking distance from house and lots of nice golf course just a short distance from house. House in a very tranquil area of the canal system that looks out to canal and natural foliage. Highly reccommend

We call Cape Coral 'Paradise' for so many reasons: year round sunshine and balmy breezes, beautiful, unspoiled beaches, scenic nature trails filled with wildlife and beautiful trees and plants, plentiful parks and green spaces, attractions and things to do for every interest and, of course miles and miles of waterways just made for boating, fishing or sightseeing. Cape Coral has over 400 miles of Canals, even more than Venice.
Nearby Sanibel and Captiva islands are renowned for their untouched quality. The main beach is rated as one of the best in the world. The islands are plush with unspoiled scenery with lots of wildlife, and beautiful beaches where shell hunting is an island obsession. The restaurants are quaint and having an amazing variety of food, seafood is the specialty of course !
Fort Myers beach is much more lively with lots of family restaurants and bars along Estero Boulevard. There are also a lot of attractions such as boat cruises, mini-golf, factory outlet shopping and the Estates of Edison & Ford.
Between November and March you have the added pleasure of manatee spotting and you can spy dolphins all year round. You can see Herons, otters, turtles, iguanas & many species of birds in your own backyard
