This 2 BR/2BA Town Home is dog friendly (1 dog) with a refundable deposit. This beautiful home is professionally decorated, has a back yard that has fencing and a direct pathway to community pool & hot tub serving only 20 homes within the community behind the home.

This beautiful home has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, exit to back patio, TV and large master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and its own exit to back patio as well. There is a 2 car attached garage, a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as iron, ironing board and laundry soap. Our kitchen is complete with all dishes and cookware needed to prepare your meals. We take pride in keeping our home immaculate & comfortable.

About Lem Lucia

My name is Lem Lucia and I am a Real Estate Agent for Entrada and Property Manager for 12 vacation homes within the beautiful Entrada community of Lava Falls At Entrada. My family and I moved to this beautiful area in 1992 from San Clemente, California. We fell in love the beautiful area nick named 'Color Country'. We enjoy hiking, biking, snow boarding, camping, fishing, hunting and anything else outdoors.

The community is quiet and very centralized to the areas attractions like the amazing "Broadway In The Desert", Tuacahn, Snow Canyon State Park, and a good place to come back to after a day of hiking and sightseeing in Zion National Park or The North Rim of Grand Canyon or Cedar Breaks National Monument.

Staying at our home keeps you very close to the local attractions of Southern Utah as well as very close to beautiful red rocks and lava fields where there are abundant hiking trails and biking trails. You will be close to the historic Santa Clara district and Kayenta's Coyote Gultch where there is fun shopping and restaurants.

Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub with a bathroom located at the pool. The home is in a gated community of only 20 homes. There is a two car attached garage. Fully furnished with a beautiful, complete kitchen with granite counter tops and slate flooring. All you bring is your food, clothes and toys. There is a laundry room with a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, TV's in great room, master bedroom.

Beautiful home!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. The weather outside was very warm so we spent time inside watching movies, playing games and eating snacks. Didn't cook at all, just ate out, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic Accommodation

This was our 3rd year at Lava Falls at Entrada. Our condo was in immaculate condition, from the furnishings to the well stocked kitchen right down to the linen napkins on the table. The location was convenient to the beautiful surrounding canyons and close to shopping and entertainment. We will definitely be back next year and for years to come.

Wonderfully relaxing!

We have traveled to many cities and rented homes for several different occasions...

This condo is clean, has nice furniture and accessories and has all the basics one would need to stay comfortably. The convenient check in/check out policy is so simple, yet if you were to need assistance someone is always available. The location is perfect! You can enjoy the pool and hot tub without having tons of people around, many times you have it all to yourself!! If you enjoy the outdoors... walks, riding bikes, hiking or just taking in the sights this is a great place to start and call "home!" Thank you for the pleasant stay... we'll be back!

As I mentioned before this is our 6th time staying in Lava Falls.
