This immaculate 2 BR/2BA town home is dog friendly (1 dog) with a refundable deposit. This beautiful home is professionally decorated and has a back yard that has fencing and a direct pathway to a shared pool & hot tub serving only 20 homes within the community behind the home.

This beautiful home has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, exit to back patio, TV and large master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and its own exit to back patio as well. There is a 2 car attached garage, a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as iron, ironing board and laundry soap. Our kitchen is complete with all dishes and cookware needed to prepare your meals. We take pride in keeping our home immaculate & comfortable.

About Lem Lucia

My name is Lem Lucia and I am a Real Estate Agent for Entrada and Property Manager for 12 vacation homes within the beautiful Entrada community of Lava Falls At Entrada. My family and I moved to this beautiful area in 1992 from San Clemente, California. We fell in love the beautiful area nick named 'Color Country'. We enjoy hiking, biking, snow boarding, camping, fishing, hunting and anything else outdoors.

Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub with a bathroom located at the pool. The home is in a gated community of only 20 homes. There is a two car attached garage. Fully furnished with a beautiful, complete kitchen with granite counter tops and slate flooring. All you bring is your food, clothes and toys. There is a laundry room with a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, TV's in great room, master bedroom.

Great stay!

Great accommodations- very clean, comfortable and good location. There is a community pool just steps away from the back patio which is convenient. We stayed here to visit Zion, Sand Hollow, Mountain Biking trails, etc. and was a great base. This place is close to Harmons (nice grocery store) and quick drive to Starbucks. Would definitely stay here again!

Great quiet location out of the main traffic areas.

Great pool and hot tub right out the back patio with keyed entrance. A little too cool in early March to enjoy sitting outside, but 2 nice areas available. Very comfortable unit with a large garage. Our only issues were that this place looks great upon first review, but after you're there a day, you realize it's in need of a deep cleaning-kitchen floor was dirty and cobwebs up above if you look. The kitchen is very dark, and the lighting is generally pretty poor. The switches are difficult to figure out which one does what-some are labeled but mostly the obvious ones. More labels would be helpful. Location to Snow Canyon, Harmon's wonderful grocery store, and Kayenta where we have friends was perfect. The most disconcerting thing, was that we had instructions to take the garbage out on Sun. PM, but it was miraculously done for us, so someone was in the garage and had access to our unit without us knowing. Nice it was done for us, but not very comfortable feeling. Perhaps if we had notice someone else was doing it, we would've locked the door to the unit. Nothing missing, but just saying. We would probably stay again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your thorough review. The cleanliness of our homes is of the utmost priority to us and we appreciate your suggestions. We apologize for the cobwebs, sometimes those can be difficult to see but we will be better to look for those. And we've passed on to our usually exceptional cleaners about the floor needing cleaned better. We've replaced the darker bulbs in the kitchen to bright LED bulbs making it much brighter in the kitchen. As for the trash cans, most of the Sundays we haul them out to the curb in the afternoon but occasionally if we have something going in the late afternoon or evening, we'll go ahead and pull them out of the garage to the curb. We (property manager) never go into the homes, just the garage to retrieve the cans. Those inside garage doors have locks on them should you be concerned.

Great location, well appointed, comfortable, spacious, good light

This is a well-built, comfortable duplex at the border between Santa Clara and St. George. Easy access to town, grocery store nearby, yet in a quiet neighborhood with space around the homes. Heated pool is conveniently located out the back door, yet separated enough to screen noise. Cool lava flow nearby. Kitchen is well-equipped, bedrooms spacious and beds comfy. The unit is oriented so you don't even know it is a duplex, with good outdoor living space and privacy. Excellent light, high ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fans. We would stay here again.

We now live in Sun Valley, Idaho

Very Comfortable!

We stayed here for a week. The place was very comfortable for us (two couples, and 2 small dogs). We cooked in almost every night. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the private backyard and patio, and appreciated that it was fenced, so our dogs did not have to be leashed all the time. Very dog friendly! The location was great....quiet neighborhood, close to a bike/ walking trail, and an arboretum. Harmons is just a mile or so down the road. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place with no reservations!

Great property with some fun perks

The bed was so comfortable and the entire property is tastefully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen was so functional. We loved that the walk to the hot tub was so close and we had it to ourselves many, many times.

Beautiful,clean ,quiet and nicely located property.

We were in St.George for the Huntsmen games. This property is very close to the ball fields which is why I chose it.Everything that we needed was provided.There were four adults and three infants staying here. The master bedroom closet worked great for one of the infants! I highly recommend this property- just don't try and reserve it for when I am here again next year!!!
