This private twin home is only one of 6 in the small gated community of Sand Point. All of the homes in this quiet community have beautiful views of our surrounding red rocks. This particular home also has the largest yard of our 2 bedroom twin homes. It is partially fenced. Spend your downtime on the covered outdoor patio watching on array of wildlife including, roadrunners, quail, lizards and rabbits, among many other desert creatures.

Stay in Lava Falls at Entrada, the most beautiful Country Club community in Southern Utah. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath twin home is in a gated community with a community pool & spa serving only 20 homes. Our homes are professionally decorated and we take pride in keeping them immaculate condition.

The Master Bedroom is very large with 2 closets a king size bed with high quality bed linens, walk out patio, TV and large master bathroom attached. The large master bath has 2 sinks & a large walk in shower. The toilet is separated. Our guest bedroom is large with a queen size bed and a walk out patio access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, The beautiful, large living/dining area has a gas fireplace, a walk out patio and a TV. The large kitchen has slate flooring with granite counter tops. It is stocked with any cooking item you could need. All you need is your food. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer connected to the kitchen and an iron & ironing board are provided. There is an attached 2 car garage.

My wife and our 3 sons moved to St. George from Southern California (San Clemente) in 1993 and haven't looked back. We feel so fortunate to live in such a beautiful, clean and safe place and love to share it with others. I am a Licensed Realtor for Entrada Realty and am on-site to manage 11 properties within the Lava Falls At Entrada community.

Why Lem Lucia chose Utah

Our family lives in Entrada and we think it's the most beautiful community in St. George. It's on the red rock side of town, close to Tuacahn Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park. We are close to shopping, a beautiful new Harmon's grocery store only 1 mile up Pioneer Pkwy, restaurants, movie theaters, and it's peaceful and quiet.

What makes this condo unique

This beautiful town home is owned by a retired artist. He has displayed some of his beautiful, landscapes of the area throughout the home. The home has a private patio with nice views of the red rock hills. This home is located in a small, private, gated community of 6 (Sand Point side) of the 20 homes located within Lava Falls At Entrada. It is generally quiet with very little activity from the other neighbors in Sand Point.

My family and I also live in the community of Entrada (only 1 mile away) and unlike other larger property managers in the area, we are always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions as well as being available for any problems that may arise.

We love visiting mom and dad for X-Mas, but when all six kids come back, their places becomes pretty cramped. This condo provided the perfect place to get away when things got too hectic.

We were able to have our own Christmas celebration on Christmas morning, and the cozy living room with fireplace provided the perfect place for Santa to leave presents for the kids.

Nicely furnished yet welcoming and warm.

If you love to sight see and experience the great outdoors, this is your place. We are located in the midst of some of the most beautiful country there is. There are tons of paved biking/walking trails as well as "off rode" trails for mountain biking, ATV'ing. Snow Canyon State Park is 5 minutes away. The Canyons Softball Fields are 1 mile down the street. We are a 15 minute drive to Gunlock Reservoir, 20 minute drive to Sand Hollow Reservoir where you can jet ski, boat, water ski, etc. We are 45 minutes to Zion National Park and close enough for day trips to the North Rim of The Grand Canyon, Bryce National Park, Coral Pink Sand Dunes. We have 'Broadway in the Desert' with Tuacahn Performing Arts Center. Kayenta's Coyote Gultch is a fun place to drive to (10 minutes) with it's artsy shops & restaurant.

The property was nice. It was represented online as if it had a private pool. Which it does not

That was no barbecue grill and there was no dish soap for us to even start the dishwasher

Owner's Response: We're pleased that you thought our property was nice. Once a guest reserves our home we email them a map with driving, gate and key box code instructions. The map of the community shows where all the homes are located as well as the swimming pool. The instructions state the pool is across the street and gives detailed information on which keys to use to access the walk through gates, pool gate and pool bathroom. As described in our listing: "Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath twin home is in a gated community with a community pool & spa serving only 20 homes." The dish "tabs" for the dishwasher are kept under the kitchen sink. A BBQ is always happily provided if requested as our listing states. We keep them stowed away so that they are kept freshly cleaned for all of our guests.

Very comfortable well-equiped condo/villa

The unit was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, basically exactly as advertised. It was clean and well maintained, and the owner was responsive to our questions prior to arrival. For 4 people, it was a welcome change from staying in hotels. I would definitely recommend to others visiting the St. George area.
