This three bedroom, 2 bath condo is located just over one block from beach and boards on a quiet one-way residential street. This is a 2nd floor/top floor unit - two flights above ground level. (Flights are wide, carpeted, indoor flights.) Enjoy spectacular fireworks views from this top floor deck. E. Baker Ave. is a quiet, one-way street, located toward the southern end of the Wildwood boardwalk. You are three blocks south of Morey's piers, and one block north of the Convention Center. Walk to everything and everywhere from this extremely convenient location!

This is a residential neighborhood. There are no motels, hotels, or businesses to disturb your sleep. You are far enough away from the lights and the crowds and the noise, yet just one short block from the beach and the boardwalk. Who knew that Wildwood could be so peaceful? From the moment we walked in until the minute we walked out, we enjoyed our stay! This beautiful home made our trip that much more enjoyable and we are so happy that we stayed here. We really loved the beachy feel with the updated decor, the open floor plan, garage parking, garage space for beach items, outdoor shower and location... just to name a few things! The owners have really thought of everything and make your stay very accommodating. We cannot recommend this place enough, thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back again :)

With over 9 million visitors each year, the Wildwoods are one of the top family vacation destinations in America! Wildwood was ranked the best beach in New Jersey in the 2008 Top 10 Beaches Contest sponsored by the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium.

Often voted as among the best in the country, the Wildwood beaches stretch on for five expansive miles — making them the largest and widest at the Jersey shore and on the entire Atlantic Coast. The very best part? With no beach tags required, they’re FREE! FREE BEACHES!

Overlooking it all is the world-famous Wildwood Boardwalk. This is 2 miles and 38 blocks packed end to end with stores, shops, water parks, eateries, live entertainment and amusement piers with over 100 rides and attractions. The boardwalk features a trolley called “The Tramcar”, which runs from end to end. “Watch the Tramcar Please! Watch the Tramcar Please!” If you have never heard this for yourself in person, you are missing out.

The sights, the sounds and the smells of the Wildwoods Boardwalk are pure sensory overload! There is something for everyone here. The Wildwood Boardwalk features several amusement parks and shops, most notably three piers collectively known as “Morey’s Piers”. You will find over a hundred rides and three different water parks to choose from.

Due to the very wide beaches, the beach is home to many sporting events, concerts, car shows, and monster truck rallies in view of the boardwalk. A stage is set off to the side of the boardwalk near Mariner's Landing Pier where several performances are held throughout the summer.

Wildwood is home to over 200 motels, built during the Doo-Wop era of the 1950s and 1960s, in an area recognized by the state of New Jersey, known as the Wildwoods Shore Resort Historic District. The term 'doo-wop' is used to describe this unique, space-age architectural style. The motels here are unique in appearance, with Vegas-like neon signs. A 1950s Doo Wop museum includes property from demolished motels such as neon signs and furniture. There are many “Neo-Doo Wop” buildings in the area as well, such as a neon lit Wawa and a 1950s styled Acme Supermarket, and even a Doo-Wop TD Bank!

Notification MORE THAN 90 days prior to check in date - all deposit monies shall be returned to the tenant, less a $200.00 cancellation fee.
Notification LESS THAN 90 days prior to check-in date - any refund is based on the amount of a re-rental at no loss to the owner, less the $200.00 cancellation fee. The more notice, the better the chances for a full recovery of the rent.
