Comfortable and comforting
My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The overall tone was conducive to total relaxation. We were there for the month of February and only ate out five times, so I made full use of the kitchen. It was adequate to my needs. The only thing I could have used was another pot holder or two. If we ever plan on staying in this area again we would definitely want this unit. We love Tarpon Springs and found the best seafood restaurant there. Rusty Bellies. Fantastic! We enjoyed a couple great boat tours, too. Great place to take a break from PA cold.
This condo was clean and well kept, right on Lake Tarpon. Definitely a place we would plan to visit again. Thanks!
Hidden Gem on Lake Tarpon
This was our first stay in this condo in March, 2018 and we were very impressed with this clean and spacious one bedroom condo. There are not one, but two lanais. The enclosed lanai is perfect for catching the morning sun and overlooks the canal and dock. The open lanai off the bedroom has a patio table and chairs to enjoy the setting sun. The entire condo is furnished with very comfortable furniture and has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is also well equipped as we love to cook. The location of this condo is perfect and close to the beaches as well as golf courses, parks too numerous to count, ball games and great shopping and restaurants. The owners, Shelley and Scott are easy to get hold of and very pleasant to deal with should you need them. We highly recommend this condo!
The place was perfect. Great location ,close to the main road but quiet. The condo was well taken care of and the living room furniture was super comfy!! Will definitely stay here again!
I booked this property because of the online photos, reviews, and the fact that it is on Lake Tarpon. Although you can see the edge of the lake from the property, there is not a way, except by boat, to actually be near the water. The road is a dead end with a junk yard at the end of it. Nowhere to take a walk and not nice. The apartment was clean enough in the kitchen and bathroom. I changed the sheets because the ones on the bed were stained and old. The knickknacks had not been dusted in quite some time throughout the bedroom. I got the feeling that the cleaning service did a "once over" and left. The pool was nice, the hot tub old and discolored. I didn't want to sit in it. Overall, the apartment was adequate, near enough to all the places i wanted to go, but i won't be staying again.
It was fair.
The interior was very nice. The kitchen was short on wine glasses (2 plastic ones), no large bowels for pasta or mixing foods. There again plastic for the 2 that were there. The bed sheets need to be replaced. When we arrived the roof was leaking from a bad rain storm . We called the owner and let them know. A tarp was placed on the roof but on a second storm the roof was still leaking in another area. We do not plan on going back.
