Enjoy the sites & sounds of PCBeach as only a few can on the HUGE 18x26 ft. GULF FRONT covered balcony overlooking the bi-level waterfall pool at STERLING REEF. Our freshly painted & re-decorated "Cozy Coastal Condo" has a master bedroom & living area that opens onto an enormous (18x26 ft) OCEANFRONT outdoor living area, partially covered by a canopy. This 1st floor unit offers the convenience of parking within steps of the unit's entrance and avoid the elevators, if you choose. The sky terrace with picnic tables and 3 gas grills is only one level below and just steps away from your front door.

You will LOVE Sterling Reef Resort. Built in 2005 this complex has only 126 units with 7 units on each floor, so you're never far from the elevators. The on-site parking is under the building so there are no streets or walk-over bridges to cross. It's at the intersection of Front Beach Road and Alf Coleman Road with a traffic turn signal that quickly gets you out of the sometimes bumper to bumper beach front traffic. Being adjacent to the NEW Bay County Pier, there is more than 1,800 ft. of pristine beach between the two and no other condos to share it with. The oceanfront, bi-level waterfall pool is beach level so you can relax at the pool and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach without the sand... Across from Shipwreck Island Water Park, you're within walking distance of dining choices such as Bone Fish Grill and Another Broken Egg. Just a short drive down the beach is the NEW Pier Park shopping, dining & entertainment complex as well as the Frank Brown Sports Arena and not far from Publix and Walmart for all your "necessities". GREAT LOCATION...

This was exactly what we expected....Loved it.

Me and husband and 4 kids stayed here and we all loved it. And the view was the best. Also Kathy was very nice and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and I loved the decorations. Also loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer on the unit too. Made us feel like home. We had everything close by. I love the fact that how the pictures where that is how the condo looked very nice. I can't wait till next year to stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!

I highly recommend this condo. Kathy was great and the condo was very clean and well put together.

We stayed for a week at the "Cozy Coastal Condo" and enjoyed it very much. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 4 small children, and a teenager! The condo is conveniently located near Shipwreck Island and shopping. It is right across the street from Alvin's Island and the Monkey Shack, which you have to visit!! Also, the county pier is a pretty sight, just adjacent to the condo. My favorite part was the HUGE balcony. It is very spacious and would be a great place to put an air mattress and enjoy sleeping next to the gulf! We considered this, but we have small children, so I was a little afraid! :)

Overall, a great experience and a great place to stay for the price! We will be back!

Already booked for next year...LOVE THIS UNIT !!!

This is our second year renting from Kathy Patterson---she is the most accommodating, truthful and helpful owner I have ever dealt with on a rental. The first year we stayed in her 9th floor unit at Sterling Reef and it was lovely. This year we stayed in this unit and we have already booked for next summer.

This unit is exactly as described but you will not completely appreciate it until you arrive. It is very clean, well decorated, modern, and well stocked with amenities. All appliances are modern and well-maintained. There are plenty of towels and linens. She also leaves a starter supply of paper products, soaps, and garbage bags. So there are no worries when you arrive and you have time to shop. There is plenty of room to unpack and hang up clothing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.

We also enjoyed being in this unit because it is close to the grills, work out center, parking garage and pool. We did not need to use the elevator due to the location and just a few stairs. However, if you need the elevator it is available and convenient to the rental.

We absolutely loved the HUGE patio and could lay out and tan from the comfort of our own condo. We ate all of our meals on the large patio and enjoyed the spectacular ocean view. This unit is near everything...restaurants, the pier, water park, mini-golf, shops and more. Again did I mention that it has a HUGE patio (twice the size of the other units). This unit is also a short drive to a CVS Pharmacy, Lowe's, WalMart and Dollar Store.

You absolutely cannot go wrong renting from Kathy Patterson. I would recommend this unit to friends and family for all occasions. Everything was absolutely perfect during our vacation and this fantastic unit made it all possible.

So amazingly awesome!!

I highly recommend staying in this condo!! We stayed here a week for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! First let me say how amazing the owner is! She is so nice and really cares about her renters! The condo itself was perfect! The pictures don't do it justice! It was even better than we had imagined! It was my first time in PCB and I have already booked our trip for next year at the same condo! The balcony and the view is priceless! Plenty of space and very tasteful decor! We will go again and again! We feel like we made a friend in Kathy! I hope we left the condo just as we found it! The building is in the perfect location too! Thanks again Kathy for letting us stay in this amazing place and we look forward to staying again next year! Ps sorry for all the exclamation points :) but that's just how excited we were! Also great parking at no extra charge.
