Best vacation home ever!

  • 5 of 5

Each year my extended family gets together for a week. In the past, we have been extremely disappointed in the homes we have rented. This year, Dreaming A View was everything we needed, and so much more. The owners of the vacation home are amazing people, and have provided everything in their home that you could need during your stay. Best week ever!!!!!

We had our wedding guests stay at the house. It was the perfect location and we had enough room for people to get together and get to know each other.

Amazing weekend!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had such an amazing time at our wine tasting weekend and a huge part of that was this beautiful house! It was the perfect size for our group, everyone had their own space and the common areas were spacious enough that we never felt cramped. We got lucky with the weather and had two 60 degree days in February which really allowed us to appreciate the full beauty of this property. Linda was such an amazing host and was very communicative leading up to my trip. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and there were clear instructions throughout for all of the electronics and appliances. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Even in the wintertime this house was perfect for our weekend getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We rented Dreaming A View for a weekend for my husband's 40th birthday. There were 10 of us that came down for it. Phil and Linda (the owners) were very helpful with all my questions. They met us at the house upon arrival to give us a tour and they were very gracious. The house was AMAZING! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone to use and then some! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking and baking dishes which was great! The living room kitchen area was perfect for all of us to hang out and relax.

We got lucky with the weather which made our day of wine tasting enjoyable. The house is perfectly located on the Seneca Lake wine trail so we didn't have that long of a drive to the ones we wanted to try out.

This house was absolutely perfect for what I was hoping for to make my husband's birthday one to remember! We look forward to staying again, hopefully more sooner than later!

Dream come true!

  • 5 of 5

All I can say is wow! This house is everything you see in the photos and more. It's absolutely gorgeous and a pleasure to stay in. It has anything you could need or want and clear instructions on little plaques around the house that answer almost any question. Phil and Linda have prepared the house with answers before you can even think of the questions. Phil gave us a tour and clarified anything not already explained around the house and let us know about all of the different options we had while we were there from kayaking to foosball. We also saw the Milky Way from the dock at night!! We hope to return soon. Thank you Phil and Linda for allowing us to spend the weekend at your beautiful property.
