Great weekend getaway in Julian
Had a great two night stay at the cabin in mid-February. Communication from the owner was timely and helpful. Everything at the cabin was in good shape. Easy check in and check out. Recommended.
Our family of four enjoyed the cabin. Martin was kind enough to have it preheated before we got there. Far enough to be isolated but close enough to get to town if we needed. One tip, it was far easier to follow the directions emailed to us than following the GPS. We found the cabin without a hitch, even in the dark.
The woodburning stove provided the best ambiance to curl up and play board games. Definitely on our favorites list now. The owner was easy to contact and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. We will be back.
Such a cute, cozy cabin in the mountains!
We had such a nice time visiting your cabin! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy getaway. Just add your own apple pie and it’s the best place in Julian! Every nook of this property had character, from the spiral staircase up to the loft where we enjoyed playing the keyboard, to the cozy living room with the wood burning stove that kept us toasty and warm as we enjoyed the view from the soaring windows. We hope to visit again soon!
The property was comfy and cozy. It was off the beaten path and very private.
What a wonderful way to spend the New Years! The Alpine Mountain Lodge was so comfy and cozy. It was far enough away from the crowds in Julien, but close enough to be a part of it, if we chose to. The best part was the snowy New Year's Eve and New Year's Day! Thank you for a great way to begin 2019.
You're welcome. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in the lodge and in a snow fall!
Happy New Year and we hope to welcome you again.
Lovely cabin getaway!
This cozy cabin provided good value for money and worked well for our family of 5 on our visit to Julian. We arrived on a cold evening to a very hospitable welcome as it was well lit and the heaters were already on. We liked the close proximity to town and hiking trails.
The cabin was cozy and warm. Kitchen small but well equipped. I appreciated the Xmas decorations and lights. I don’t know how he arranged for it to snow Xmas day but he did and it was so exciting.
The only drawback was the neighbors dogs leaving packages in the yard.
I had an enjoyable stay.
Sorry about the neighbour's dog. Apparently he did a great escape on Christmas eve and partied around the neighbourhood but he is now back home where he belongs.
