We are a young family who love to split our time between Seattle and Coeur d'Alene. He grew up in Western Washington and She grew up just across the street here in Coeur d'Alene. We're thrilled to be able to share our family's connection to this wonderful neighborhood and community with you.

The location! Just a short walk to all our favorite things in Coeur d’Alene: downtown, boat docks, beaches, Tubbs Hill, and many great bike paths. Not to mention the great view of the lake and mountains, with the peacefulness of the park leading to Tubbs Hill on one side of the property, it is just a great place to live and vacation.
Sandwiched between Tubbs Hill and Sander’s Beach on the quiet side of downtown, it is a little oasis in the middle of everything. With a bubbling Jacuzzi overlooking Tubbs Hill park and a view of the water, you’ll find yourself quickly warmed and relaxed after a day full of activities.
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the cottage for a long weekend and had such a nice time. Waking up with views of the lake every day was so peaceful, and the location is awesome as it's close to so much: hikes on Tubbs Hill, restaurants, coffee shops, downtown and of course the lake. We'll definitely be back.
We loved staying here and hope we can return someday. They've somehow struck a balance between having the little things that visitors might need (e.g. nightlights) without the place feeling "junked up". Clean, tidy, welcoming. We felt relaxed and at home. A pleasure. :-)
My family and I stayed at the cottage by the lake in August of 2017. Our visit was for the Sunset version of the 140.6 Ironman in Couer D'Alene. My family of 6 was very comfortable. We used the BBQ and jacuzzi on the patio 3-4 times during our stay. Great view of the lake and stars at night. We walked to lake for daily swims and rode bikes to town daily as well. Very close to bike paths and restaurants.
We would highly recommend this cottage! We hope to come back soon!
Thank you Jihan and Luke for sharing your home by the lake

My friends and I had such a great time at this house. Walking Tubbs hill every morning, coming back to enjoy the beach in the afternoon, then on to the night life in downtown Couer d'alene. Finally ending the night in the hot tub. It couldn't be located in a more perfect spot. I highly recommend this property for a memory making vacation!
