Tastefully furnished with King bed and ensuite master bedroom with access to the balcony. Second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a rollaway if needed and is also ensuite and has access to the balcony. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and has everything a vacationing chef could want. There is also a laundry room in the unit. There is parking for one car in the under building garage. This second floor condo offers views to the southeast with beautiful sunrises over the lush vegetation/conservation lands and all the way to the Ponce De Leon Lighthouse.

Nearest Airport : Daytona International at 10 Miles Car: recommended

Whether on your balcony, walking the elevated walkways or sitting in one of the riverside gazebos you will be fascinated to watch the wildlife and native water fowl. You may be lucky enough to be able to rent a boat slip while here and if so you are only minutes from the inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.

If you choose to let someone else do the navigating there are numerous charter fishing boats licensed here. Ponce Inlet is proud of the miles of sidewalk and biking areas, as well as being home to one of the few "dog friendly" beaches in the area.

Family can enjoy climbing up the Ponce De Leon lighthouse or just walking or biking on the beach.

In the evening enjoy a cocktail on the deck or patio of some fo the area's finest seafood restaurants before going in to enjoy a wonderful meal and often times local talent for entertainment.
