Tastefully furnished with King bed and ensuite master bedroom with access to the balcony. Second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a rollaway if needed and is also ensuite and has access to the balcony. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and has everything a vacationing chef could want. There is also a laundry room in the unit. There is parking for one car in the under building garage. This second floor condo offers views to the southeast with beautiful sunrises over the lush vegetation/conservation lands and all the way to the Ponce De Leon Lighthouse.

Please note that this is a residential condominium and the HOA rules do not allow for anything less than a one month rental. Even though this site shows a nightly rate of $100/night we can not accept a nightly, weekend, one week or 1/2 month rental. Once booked I will send you a Lease form which in turn has to b shown to the manager for your parking pass. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE FOR A LESS THAN ONE MONTH RENTAL PERIOD.


One time cleaning fee with each reservation $ 100
Reservation/Security Deposit
(fully refundable if no damage to condo) $ 500/month or $ 200/week


Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
