La collocazione dell'appartamento é veramente ottimale a 2 passi dalla fermata metro e in pochi minuti sei nel centro di londra, l'organizzazione dell'agenzia invece lascia a desiderare....

All'arrivo nonostante avessimo fatto tutti i passaggi richiesti abbiamo aspettato per strada mezz'ora la consegna delle chiavi....avvenuta di sera alle 22. Saliti in appartamento ben arredato e ben tenuto ci acvitgiamo che nonostante avessi prenotato per 5 persone i posti letto erano per 4!!! C'era un divano cosi mi sono limitata a chiedere un lenzuolo e una coperta per uno dei miei figli....che promesso per l'indomani dalla persona che ha portsto le chiavi NON È MAI ARRIVATO!!! Alla mia ennesima richiesta di assistenza mi è stato detto che non avevano nessuno che potesse venire a portarlo. Mio figlio ha dormito 3 notti su un divano e come coperta un asciugamano.... Credo si potesse fare assolutamente molto meglio!!!!
