It is part of the Auburn Colony which is a Turn of the Century Colony that families owned and used as their summer residences. Some of the cottages have changed hands and are now available for rental. The Auburn Colony is for the vacationer who wants to tap into the history and traditions of colony life. The property boasts wonderful water views, a beautiful pool and tennis court and serves dinner in the dining hall where a dress code is still maintained. In order to stay at this cottage during the summer months, renters are required to pay an additional fee of $350 for Dining at the Dining Hall.
