Located at Fall Creek Resort and centrally located to most of Branson's biggest attractions including 76 Boulevard and Silver Dollar City. This newly remodeled two-story upper level condo has a fully stocked kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer combo. It has a spacious living area on the lower level with a sleeper sofa and dining table. The lower level bedroom has a king-sized bed with on suite bath and large closet. The upper level bedroom has a queen-sized bed with on suite bathroom. A large deck opens off of the living area and faces the water.
Check in 2pm and Check out 10am.
Originally purchased by Mother and Grand Mother and enjoyed over the years by 3 generations!!! Our home is in South Mississippi. Our family loves vacationing and spending time together.

Fall Creek Resort is family friendly with playground, swimming, fishing, mini golf and much more. The safety and security of the resort makes it easy to allow children to play comfortably. Its is also centrally located to many of Branson's attractions.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, attractive and well equipped. Others we have used had one thin towel per guest. This one had a cabinet full plus another with extra linens. You might note that if wi fi is important, there is none in the unit. The description says internet. What that means is that you can use a computer in the clubhouse business center, but they will not give you a password to use your own devices. It's a great deal for a two bedroom.
We arrived about midnight very easy to find. Very clean resort the grandkids loved the pool. Plenty to do in Branson. The kids loved the new runaway mountain coaster.
This condo is definitely adequate and had enough space for my family of 4. Kambry is excellent with communication and dealt with several issues that came up in a very timely manner.
I think with a few changes, I would rank this at a 4/5 (going from past experiences with condo rentals that have been wonderful).
1. Different mattresses. Both the upstairs and downstairs bed mattresses are very hard. At first, I thought I was the only one with issues (I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant, so not much is comfortable to me right now). However, my husband woke up with back issues each morning and even my two kids (who can sleep on pretty much anything) were complaining about how hard their bed was.
2. One of the checkout requirements was to make sure the dishes are clean. This is a standard request and not a problem for us to do, however there was no dish or dishwasher soap that we could find, so we bought our own. We also didn't find any kitchen towels or dish clothes and ended up using the bathroom ones. Along the same line, there was only one extra trash can liner and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper.
3) More attentiveness to housecleaning. Once the cleaner came by, everything was straightened up and the floor was swept, but it definitely hadn't been mopped because we couldn't even walk across the room without our feet getting dirty.
To be fair, I didn't let her know the numbered things above, because I felt I had already contacted her enough with a few other issues (the condo wasn't clean when we got there (which was remedied), the upstairs TV didn't work (not a big deal to us), we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower downstairs, no amenities pass, which was probably misplaced by the renters before us (we still were able to use the facilities)). I didn't want to be a further bother, and we obviously made it work for our family.
We do appreciate the effort she put into getting our reported issues remedied quickly and appreciated the cleaning refund due to having to check in later. I think with a few changes this place would be excellent.
This condo has lots of potential, but was not as advertised. The beds in the pictures are not the beds in the condos. The balcony was dirty with carpet with big black stains on it. Dirty dishes were put up in the cabinet. We had to wash dishes in order to use them. Tv in upstairs bedroom didn't work. We were not given an amenities card and were not able to use all the amenities available. We tried to contact owner and they were out of town. Since we had no card we were not given access to the Internet as well. The condo building had a huge problem with spiders on the outside of the building. The toaster didn't work properly.
