Private dock and beach make for a truely personal experience. With all that open water, the memory making possibilities are endless. Great for fishing, swimming, and boating. A large rock just off shore makes for a perfect natural diving platform. Access to a boat landing if you wish to bring your own boat along. A deck AND a screened in porch provide serving and outside space no matter what the weather. Belonging to the Washington Lake Association means no 'stranger danger' and that means more safety for you and your loved ones. The local Police Chief lives just a few doors down from this Property. You will also have access the the Lake Association's private sandy beach. A completely family friendly atmosphere helps provide the environment you need to make lasting memories with your family.

Tenants Maintenance Responsibilities:

Tenant(s) will: (1) keep the premises clean, sanitary, and in good condition and, upon completion of the duration of the agreed upon rental dates, return the premises to Landlord in a condition identical to that which existed when Tenant took occupancy, except for ordinary wear and tear; (2) immediately notify Landlord of any defects or dangerous conditions in and about the premises of which Tenant becomes aware; and (3) reimburse Landlord, on demand by Landlord, for the cost of any repairs to the premises damaged by Tenant or Tenant’s guests or business invitees through misuse or neglect.

Upon arrival to the site, Tenant should examine the premises, including appliances, fixtures, carpets, drapes, and paint, and has found them to be in good, sage, and clean condition and repair. Bring to the attention of Landlord of any damage, failing to do so means the Tenant assumes responsibility for damage.

Tenant is not to make any repairs or alterations to the premises. Including the changing of locks or duplication of keys.

Violating Laws and Causing Disturbances:

Tenant is entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises. Tenant and guests or invitees will not use the premises or adjacent areas in such a way as to: (1) violate any law or ordinance, including laws prohibiting the use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs; (2) commit waste (severe property damage); or (3) create a nuisance by annoying, disturbing, inconveniencing, or interfering with the quiet enjoyment and peace and quiet of any other tenant or nearby resident.

No animal, bird, or other pet will be kept on the premises, except properly trained service animals needed by blind, deaf or disabled persons or unless otherwise agreed upon with Landlord. Landlords Right to Access:

Landlord or Landlord’s agents may enter the premises in the event of an emergency and to make repairs or improvements. Landlord may also enter the premises to conduct inspections for safety or maintenance problems. Grounds for Termination:

The failure of the Tenant or the Tenant’s guests or invitees to comply with any term of this Agreement, or the misrepresentation of any material fact on Tenant’s rental application, is grounds for termination of tenancy, with appropriate notice to Tenant and procedures as required by law.

The rental fee is $1000.00. . Check in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11am ..rentals are saturday to saturday

Security Deposit:

A $500.00 security deposit is required and will be returned to Tenant within 7 to 10 business days of the last day of the rental, provided all keys have been returned and a return address is provided. Landlord will give Tenant an itemized written statement of the reasons for, and the dollar amount of, any of the security deposit retained by Landlord, along with a check for any deposit balance. Please keep in mind, I cannot make the reservation, until the security deposit and this application is received.

Thank you very much for a wonderful time up at Lake Washington. Your lake house was the perfect accommodation for our family vacation. Upon arrival we were greeted with a thorough tour of the house. Not only was it spot on clean, it had so much space!



The kitchen had every appliance and utensil needed for us to cook during the week. It was directly open and connected with the living room, which had a huge enclosed back deck that overlooked the water. What a view!



The two full bathrooms were very clean and fully stocked with towels.



The three bedrooms had clean sheets already on the beds, plenty of pillows, extra blankets and storage areas/closets for our clothes.







As for things to do, the beach area was a quick trip down the road, which we visited multiple times during the week. Again, very clean & private.



Down the road two miles, was a wonderful farm, which also has great reviews.



We took a fun day trip to Henniker & visit the Henniker Brewery.



The best was just enjoying our time at the house, reading books, spending time on the water, or watching one of the many movies provided!







Overall it was definitely a comfortable home away from home stay, which made relaxing that much easier. This is a perfect location for any type of getaway during the summer or fall months.



We can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent Home Away From Home

Outstanding vacation property! I was so excited when we arrived on how perfectly the rental matched the description. The place was well cared for and had all the amenties we required for our vacation. The lake was not far at all and was a very easy walk. The private beach was relaxing with only a few people in sight, so we had some private family time. In the evening we were able to each dinner on the porch and listen to all the natural sounds around us. SO STRESS RELIEVING!!!!!! The owners were helpful and answered all of my questions. Definitely worth every penny and second spent there!I'm already planning a girls weekend there!
