We promptly see to its repair. With other agencies, you will have to call the owner yourself. You will have to hope that the owner is accessible and if so, amenable to make the repair. Often days, if not the entire vacation, will go by without seeing any satisfaction.

Whatever situation may arise, representatives from Don Martin Vacation Rentals are on standby to ensure that you have an enjoyable, stress free vacation. It is our commitment to service that has allowed us to build long term relationships with many of our guests.

NOT A FAMILY RENTAL!!!! No toddler or small child should ever be in this rental

My family recently stayed at this property and to say the conditions on the property were unnerving is an understatement. During the 4 days we stayed at the property the pool was not cared for in anyway. We reached out to the property management company and they promised the pool company to be there the next day and they never came. There was broken glass, broken furniture as well as a huge hole in the common garage space. The unit itself had rolls of carpet in the closets under the beds and in the laundry room. One roll of carpet was pushing against the back on a wicker dresser in which a cable box (or vcr?) was placed into the top drawer that could not open. As a result the dresser fell onto my 2 year old child. This also was not addressed, not even a simple I'm sorry. Another bed was level with a window that lead to a unrailed roof. I would never have children on that property again. Despite me reaching out there has been no action on the part of anyone at the rental agency or the property owner. There are many other safe, well kept properties priced better.

Owner's Response: YES WE RENT EXCLUSIVELY TO FAMILIES AND YES IT IS PERFECT AND PERFECTLY SAFE FOR TODDLERS AND SMALL CHILDREN HERE. I personally own two of the twelve condominiums in this building, and I rent half a dozen others for my neighbors through my real estate agency. We have many many many MANY happy loyal repeat renters who wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. This particular condominium is one of the nicest in the building, well furnished and well maintained by very conscientious owners. Labor Day Weekend 2016 was almost a washout with a near miss by Hurricane Hermine. Only about half of our tenants arrived on that stormy Saturday, and some of those who had arrived sooner decided to pack it in and go home early on Saturday night. It was a shame because after the storm passed us by, the rest of the weekend was beautiful. But Labor Day Saturday was a day to batten down the hatches with a hurricane spinning about a hundred miles off of the NJ coastline, and then Sunday was a day for clean up and recovery. Our pool was closed due to high winds on Saturday, but it was open and operating as usual by Sunday at noon time and every day after that. The rental office closed early on Saturday afternoon with the doors sandbagged against the expected flooding, but we were open as soon as the tides would permit on Sunday to check on our properties and our tenants and to do damage control. The high winds blew trash and anything that was not nailed down everywhere. Yes, our condominium pool is most definitely maintained several times daily by our pool management company who has been with us for at least four seasons and has been proven to be 100% reliable. I found six emails that resulted in several back-and-forths with this renter to answer her questions over the weekend and to explain what she could expect going forward. That no one responded to her is simply not true. I responded myself as did the ladies in my office, both on the phone and in person, and more than once. It is difficult and stressful to vacation with an over excited child in a strange home when you are forced to stay inside for the entire first day of your holiday weekend due to weather. Please examine all the ads on this website for our Magnolia Ave. Condominium Association. Please read all the glowing reviews. You can decide for yourself whether or not this one is relevant.

we had a wonderful week at your condo. It was so clean and fresh on our arrival, we really appreciated. It is well located and quiet. we were also surprised by the `high quality bedding` and all the furniture; it is true the place is gorgeous. I will recommend it without any hesitation
