Arrived with 4 adults and I child. What a nice place . Looks like brand knew and spotless. Decorated with quality products. Was met with Diane Loveland who showed us around and stopped by a couple times to make sure we were well taken care of. This was my 4 th stay at the Kawama and the nicest rental yet. Will stay here again next time through.
Family stayed here for 9 days. We were thrilled. The pictures don't do this place justice. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the pool. Kawama is centrally located so you can take day trips easily. The rental agent was sooo accomodating. Everything was clean and new. We had 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone. The grounds were very nice. I can't say enough on how happy we were with this rental. We would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I spent four months in the unit. It has just recently undergone a high end rennovation. Granite countertops, new furniture throughout the unit, new paint, crown moldings, flooring, lighting, etc. It is located across from pool, salt water lagoon and beach. Plenty of room for my children, grand children and guests. The landlord is Great! Very accomodating and available. Views are breathtaking.
This unit was everything I hoped for and more!!!Clean, with excellent accommodations, bathrooms with showers on every level. Plenty of living area to entertain! The property and swimming pool were in pristine condition. The neighborhood was safe to take an early morning run.

This 3 story townhouse is rented monthly or weekly from: 12/15 - 4/30 (Winter) - monthly $2950, weekly $1750; and from 5/1 - 9/14 (Summer) - Monthly $2550, weekly $1350. Monthly, weekly, or nightly 9/15 - 12/14 (Fall) - Monthly $2150, Weekly $1050, Nightly $200. Preferred weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Mini-Lobster week may be higher. 50% Deposit required to confirm; non-refundable security policy serves as damage deposit. Maid fee of $150 and 12.5% tax not included in quoted rates. Signed rental agreement required along with full payment 21 days prior to arrival. Full refund of deposit if cancelled with 30 days notice; only 50% refund with less than 30 days notice.
