Vacation on Cherry Grove Beach (NMB, SC) in a direct access oceanfront condo! This smoke-free condo features two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, & a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodations include a queen bed in the master bedroom and two full (double) beds in the second bedroom. Sit in the porch rockers and take in views of the Atlantic ocean framed by sea oats and beach grasses. This first/ground floor unit is part of a three level, 18-unit oceanfront building. Parking is less than 15 feet away from the front door. There are neither elevators nor crowded areas; just a peaceful and considerably less crowded place on the beach. The ocean side porch opens up directly to a 10 foot wide deck that affords an expanded area for sunbathing or games. The deck leads to a sandy path that takes you directly to the beach/ocean. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool & charcoal grills a few steps from the front door of the condo.

Clean, Convenient, and Affordable
The condo was very clean and convenient to the beach. The first floor was perfect for our family of four with two small children due to no steps and the access to the beach from the porch. Barry was very easy to deal with and checked in a couple times during the week to make sure things were going well. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great! Condo was clean and well kept. The location is perfect. We walked off of our porch to the walkway and right out to the beach. The area is great too. The beaches aren't crowded at all and everyone was really friendly. My kids made friends with other kids staying in the complex making the beach and pool that much more fun for them. Barry was great too. He checked in on us throughout the week to make sure our travels, and our stay, were both great. I will definitely jump on this one for our next trip!
Affordable Beachfront Option great for small family!
We stayed at E1 in Kings View Villas July 21-28, 2018. We had a wonderful time, the owner communicated well and even texted to let us know that the condo was ready early and we had just pulled in the parking lot! Great Timing!! He also asked for confirmation that the place was clean and satisfactory and checked in via text mid-week. Everything was in fact clean and in good order for us! As others have noted it's an older and slightly dated complex, but the condo was very clean and the owner clearly takes care of it and appears to be making some updates slowly. However the price was right, so I am willing to compromise on the most modern fixtures for a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay! The walk to the beach is super short, probably less than a football field, the first floor and porch access was wonderful for hauling a toddler back and forth and the pool was also kept very clean at the complex (vaccumed daily). Though the dunes hinder a water view from the first floor the porch is very nice and can sit and listen to the ocean and actually the privacy by the dunes blocking beach goers is kind of nice. I definitely recommend if you plan to be hitting the beach daily like we did! At high tide the beach is very narrow, but at low tide it's huge! So be careful leaving chairs or things out without checking the tide charts! It was peak season but the beach is much less crowded here than further down in Myrtle Beach or up in Delaware/MD/NJ where we've been.
In regard to the condo, the only drawback to the first floor is depending who is staying above, it can be a bit noisy. Unfortunately our upstairs neighbors for the week were quite active in their condo very late at night and it was quite loud (walking/running, moving furniture?? laundry, etc). Obviously no fault of the owner here, just something to consider when weighing the pros and cons of a first floor unit! I think the pros much outweighed the cons for us and depending what our vacation plans are for next year, if we are back in Cherry Grove, I would definitely stay here again.
This property was fantastic. It was clean, well maintained and well stocked. Our favorite thing was the covered porch with rockers--you can sit and see the beach just over the dunes and listen to the waves 24 hours a day. The owner was great. He checked in a few times and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be renting again next year!

Security deposit ($250) and signed lease agreement are required in order to finalize a reservation. The balance (rental amount and cleaning fee) are due 30 days prior to the reservation. The security deposit (minus any charges for damages) is refunded after the condo has been inspected/cleaned.
