Loved this location. Seven of us stayed in the condo. Perfect location to Park City base and a short walk (good in Spring sun) to Main Street. And when we were tired we took the bus. The living room was a little crowded for all 7 of us when we wanted to just veg after skiing. , otherwise we were comfortable. We stayed in spring as the temperatures were 50-70 outside. It was a little hard to regulate the temperature on all 3 levels. (bottom floor was freezing and top floor was sauna. (bottom door wasn't sealing right and drafted quite a bit) Kitchen was well equipped, towels and sheets were great. Owner and property manager were great to work with. Recommend to others.

OK

The location was fantastic!. However, there was insufficient light in the two upper bedrooms, unless you only wanted to read a book in bed and the light in the garage was quite dim. There was no snow shovel, which would have helped in cleaning the snow off the driveway and the snow off the deck with the hot tub. Having stayed in other places in Park City at Christmas it was disconcerting to be told that there was a removal fee for the Christmas tree if we could not find the recycle location. The other places we have stayed in always took care of disposing of the Christmas tree without charging a removal fee.

Owner's Response: Thanks Nancy for commenting on the great location of our condo. I am sorry to hear that the lighting was not bright enough in the upstairs bedrooms and garage. We did replace the bulbs in the bedrooms and garage with energy efficient LED bulbs. We will make sure to change them out for brighter LED bulbs. We always had a snow shovel on the upstairs deck for snow removal ( our snow removal service comes 2 times per day during heavy snow for the driveway) We will have the property manager replace the missing shovel. In regards to the Christmas tree disposal, we were unaware of the fact that you intended to put up a tree ahead of time and thus had no opportunity to inform you of the Park City tree removal policies which are very strict. In our inquiries with our property manager and other property owners, we learned that many do not allow short term tenants to put up trees for this reason, and that others require the tenants to take care of removal. While we appreciated your suggestion to leave the tree up for the next tenants, we could not make the assumption that they wanted the tree, thus we had to move fast given that the new tenants were checking in that same day that you checked out. We charged only for the city removal fee and the cost of hiring a driver to take the tree to the recycling site. We hope your stay was otherwise enjoyable and we are sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the tree removal.

Great location and price

  • 5 of 5

I booked the old town townhouse for a bachelorette party this past weekend and it was great! The location was perfect. It was 0.4 miles to the shops and restaurants around Main Street and about 0.6 miles from the grocery store and other restaurants. So, it was easy to get to just about anything in Park City. It is also right on the bus line if you don’t want to walk. The house was clean and well cared for. We had a minor issue with a bathroom lock and the property manager answered my call immediately and had the issue taken care of very quickly. We will certainly stay here again if we go back to Park City!

Great place to stay with plenty of room. Hot top was a great plus to sit in while it snowed. Will definitely be back again in the future .
