Our 1450 sq ft 3 bdrm 3 bath townhome is on three levels. 1 bdrm with king & 1 bdrm with queen on top floor 1 bdrm with adult bunk beds on lower floor plus fold out queen sofa bed can sleep 2 on main floor or you can use the Frontgate blow-up mattress in either of the top bedrooms this unit can sleep up to 8. Each level has a bathroom. Private hot tub on deck with views of the slopes and a private single garage .

Garage access is difficult and only small size cars are recommended. Condominium is right on the bus route. No need to rent a car.

This is a modern unit with all the amenities at a perfect North Old Town Location.

Beautiful three BR condo a walk away from the ski slopes and downtown Park City shops & restaurants

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas to celebrate the holiday and go skiing in Park City. The town house looked recently renovated and had plenty of parking (a garage and guest parking). We were able to put on our ski boots in the garage and walk one block to the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot. We were riding the ski lifts fifteen minutes after walking out of the condo. It was awesome. The condo is super clean with 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom had a tempurpedic mattress top), a washer and dryer, lots of closets, and a full, more than ample, kitchen with new appliances (stove, oven microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, etc. There is also a deck with a hot tub and a small wood burning fire place. The 7-11 a block away has plenty of firewood for your needs. There is a flat screen TVs with cable and a DVD player (also music players) in the living room and the bedrooms also have TVs. There's also a cool view of the ski hill from the deck.

The owner was very friendly over email and had clear instructions on how to take care of the condo. I would highly recommend staying here whether you are a couple or a larger group (which the town house could easily accommodate). We had the nicest stay to celebrate Christmas. We'll definitely be back!

Great Accommodation

The property was ideally located, with the free bus service stopping right in front. Clean, with well appointed rooms, we were more than comfortable during our stay. We also enjoyed use of the hot tub and wonderful view.

What A View!

Went to Park City in January for film festival and skiing. We usually try to stay near town lift for convenience sake. Took a chance on this townhouse and was pleasantly surprised. Location was just a short walk to the main lodge of the Park City Mtn. Resort and it was just a 10 minute walk to the restaurants of Main St. The place was nicely decorated and spread out over 3 floors and everything in good working order. The best feature was sitting in the hot tub on the deck watching a ski jumping competition on the mountain - what a view!

Great location! Steps from the bus stop, a block to the slopes, and across the street from the park. Nicely decorated and super clean. Will definitely book again.

Location! Location! Location!

This was our first time in Park City so location was very important for us. We wanted to be walking distance to Main Street, close to Park City Mountain Resort and close to grocery stores and shopping. Main street was a skip away and the ski resort was only 2 blocks away! This condo exceeded our expectations and it really felt like home after 3 short days. There is a HOT TUB on the deck and was perfect for a cool night with the stars above and the BOTTLE OF WINE the owners leave for every guest...the wine was delish- they have great taste! We could have stayed there for months but reality set in and we were back to Cali. Sincerely, when you discover a good thing you feel obligated to tell others and I am telling you... Looking forward to coming back and staying here during ski season and back again for some hiking in the Fall, that is if it is not already booked.

Great Location

I stayed here with friends. The place is conveniently located to everything you need - 1 block away from Park City mountain Resort, minutes away from Main St (you can walk downtown but the free shuttle picks you up right outside the front door) . The owner and management company are great to work with - they anticipated our every need and more. The kitchen, is one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen at a rental property. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the furnishings were tastefully done. The private hot tub on the deck was a real plus. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Park City Mountain Resort parking lot is literally 1 block from the complex and the town lift is 5 blocks down Park Ave. In addition, the free shuttle to Main St, Deer Valley PCMR and The Canyons is steps from the front door. City Park is directly across the street and groceries ski rentals restaurant's and additional shopping is 2 to 3 blocks away.
