Marlin Monroe’s beachside restaurant and bar are 'on the grounds' and the YMCA, library and children's playground are just across the street. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet, including wireless access.

We stayed here for a week over Easter weekend. The kitchen is very well appointed - we found everything that we needed for cooking, dishes & glasses and extras I didn't expect (food storage items, for example). The family room is very comfortable. The table has 6 chairs although it is pushed against the wall and there isn't a lot of room to walk if you pull it out - that was ok, we only needed 4 chairs. The mattresses on both beds are VERY FIRM and you can feel the springs - seems like they need replacing. The beds were not comfortable for any of us. The master bath is well appointed and very large - loved the shower. The pull out sleeper sofa was probably the best bed in the condo. The way these condos are set up, the master bedroom is next to the hallway so whenever anyone walks by you can hear them talking, yelling, walking, etc. This seemed to be a design flaw of the entire complex. It was similar to being in a hotel where you can generally hear everything that happens outside the room. Otherwise the condo is quiet. It is on the 2nd floor and there wasn't anyone above us so I can't comment on whether or not you would be able to hear them had it been occupied.
Overall we loved Tybee and the complex is nice - you get a good view of the pool and some beach views. The heated pool was not working for half of our stay but that wasn't a problem because the weather was warm. I heard from people that stay there often that the heated pool has always been operational before so I wouldn't be concerned about that. Also the front door is coded so you don't need a key. This was excellent - we didn't have to worry about keys and everyone could come and go as they pleased. There was plenty of parking although the first time you try and find the condo it can be confusing but once found, you will find a close parking space with no issues.
Property management company was good - we arrived late due to traffic issues and they were able to accommodate us with no problems.
