First of all I want to thank the owner, Jeannine for a great experience. She was professional, direct and very understanding. Not to mention an amazing rate for a great location with an ocean view. The room is a mini apartment and was perfect for us! The pool and hot tub was a bonus and everything was easily accessible! I would recommend everyone to book this condo!!!! Thanks again Jeannine, cant wait to book your condo in the near future!
Great Location WITH Parking included!!
For what we needed (a place to sleep and had a fridge) the place was just fine. The hot water, however, was difficult to regulate and the front door didn't lock automatically for the first 6 days of our 10 day trip (not sure why). We had to play with it each time we left to get it to lock. They only had ONE elevator running which took 10 minutes minimum to get it and if it was full (small elevator) you had to wait which didn't happen much. A couple days before we left the 2nd elevator was also working which was very nice!!!
Overall the place was in a great location for getting to and from places and the view was awesome! The fact that it had parking included was the selling point given parking is hard to find in that area. Working with the property owner/rep was great and she was very responsive to our questions and requests.
We had to leave this unit on day 7 and transferred to another unit in the same building but it wasn't going to be ready until 4 pm which is standard but when we asked the Condo staff if we could at least get checked in and have our keys while they clean it, they actually offered us a room we could get into right then and there instead which made things even more convenient.
We are planning on coming back as often as possible and would definitely look into this place again for our needs.
The room was average needs to be updated. The view was great.
Jeannie who we doubt with was great. Not really her fault. It’s the building! We had to climb stairs the first 2 weeks we were there elevators were broke. We were on the 26th floor. Fire alarm went off. I would never stay at this location again. We ended up checking out a week early. The GM of the building has no clue what she’s doing. Sad really for people who own units in that building.

I'm happy with the building and the location was right for me. My only complaint was the remodeling/construction noise happening in the adjacent rooms
All we needed!
Checkin was smooth with the directions provided. Both elevators were working so we had no issues with waiting as I had seen other people mention. Everything was provided as listed expect we could not find the beach towels, however, we did not need them so it was not an issue. It was handy to have the toaster for breakfast. The view was wonderful and it was nice that we could open the window. The shower was a little hard to get the temp right but we finally decided if turned the cold on first it was easier to get the warmth we wanted. The location was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and all the sites we came for! If we come back to Oahu, we would definitely stay here again.
Good Value in a Basic Accomodation
Communication with the owner was excellent both before and during the stay, A few minor issues were dealt with immediately and in person (and with good grace!)
The unit is on the 26th floor of a building directly behind the Waikiki Prince, facing out to Ala Moana Blvd. The unit is basic, clean and fresh; the large window fully opens to partial views of Ala Wai Marina, but at night you will have to choose between a noisy, window mount AC unit, and an open window to the noise of traffic.
The unit was perfect for us, as we were visiting family on a boat in the marina. Parking is included (even nearby hotels charge for parking!) and easily accessible. The swimming lagoon, Friday night fireworks, many food options (including Foodland Farms for groceries) and shops are close, by foot or by car.
The two elevators were being serviced and upgraded during our stay, but we had no serious issues (perhaps a four minute wait at the longest). The pool is shaded in the AM, and late PM, which is perfect for hot Honolulu days. The pool was never crowded, has open shower and lounge chairs, as well as table with chairs and BBQ.
Not fancy, but a very good value at the west end of Waikiki.
