Remodeled condo with breathtaking views! Sunset pictures shown are from the screened lanai. With over 1200 square feet, this unit is light, bright and roomy. This top (2nd) floor, end unit has a spectacular view of Turtle Inlet and partial view of the Gulf from the living room with an 18' screened lanai with sliding glass doors overlooking the water. This condo is on the quiet end of Siesta Key near fabulous restaurants and is conveniently located near Turtle Beach and a marina.


This vacation home is ideal for those who love nature and enjoy outdoor activities as it offers direct access to the Neville Marine Preserve and Little Sarasota Bay where wildlife is abundant. It is perfect for those who enjoy walking or reading on the beach, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, boating, biking, etc. No car necessary, in minutes you can walk to the beach, with no streets to cross! After a fun-filled day you can walk just up the street to Turtle Beach Grill or either Turtles Restaurant or Ophelia's on the Bay, where you can dine on the waterfront. You are also perfectly positioned to rent, kayaks, pontoon boats, deck boats, jet skis and stand up paddle-boards at Turtle Beach Marina or Siesta Sports Rentals. And, you can pull your rental boats, paddle-boards or kayaks right up to your dock. On the days you want to lay low you can fish from the dock or seawall or relax in one of the seating areas right on the waterfront and watch the manatees float by.

The Turtle Beach neighborhood provides a quiet friendly atmosphere, including not only a long beautiful stretch of beach for swimming, fishing or strolling along, but also a BBQ area, playground, beach volleyball courts, and outdoor showers/restroom facilities.

If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful, spacious unit to enjoy for an extended vacation while still being only minutes to the village and nightlife, this is the place for you! (There are 2 bikes for your use as well as multiple shuttles, buses and 'tip only' taxis that will take you anywhere you want to go on the island.) This is a small 8 unit building that is very quiet and relaxing.

Master bedroom has a pillowtop king bed, high thread-count sheets, attached full bath and walk-in closet.

2nd bedroom has a pillowtop queen bed, high thread-count sheets with the second full bath directly across hall.

The large screened lanai is perfectly situated to enjoy evening sunsets and watch the boats and kayakers float by. The light-filled living room, with a desk and dining table with chairs is a great place to relax morning and evening.

2 new flat screen TVs, cable w/DVR, games, paperback books, and cards provided.

Wifi provided at no charge.

2 beach cruiser bikes available for use during stay and more bikes, as well as kayaks and paddle boards, can be rented and delivered right to the door.

No smoking anywhere in condo or on the lanai.

We particularly welcome and will offer discounts to guests who stay two months or more during high-season months and guests who stay two weeks or more during low-season months. There is no minimal number of days required to stay, but the minimal rental charge for the high-season is $3,600 regardless of how many days within the month you choose to stay.

We would be happy to consider including well-behaved dogs over 2 years who do not bark excessively. Let's discuss among us dog-lovers. (Guests who arrive with a dog without discussing it with us first may lose their security deposit.)

This condo is in a Great location, always clean, love the 5 minute walk to the beach! Perfect beach setting, lots of shells, beautiful water! We also love the dock & lagoon fishing!! Fisherman's paradise!

Awesome Condo!

My friends and I arrived early on the morning of 07/23 for a 4 day stay. We had 6 people total so we were a little apprehensive about the size of the place, but the price was right so we booked it. As soon as we walked in we were extremely impressed. Like others have written, it looks even better than in the pictures. The living room is huge! It also has a very large kitchen that looks like it's been remodeled recently. It has two good sized bedrooms along with 2 full baths, all of which were very nicely decorated. There is also a washer/dryer which was a life saver! The porch was large enough for all 6 of us to hang out on too. It faces the water and the sunsets are absolutely spectacular!

The location is perfect. Not too close to the crowds in town, but not too far to make going out or to the beach a pain. Alex has an information sheet that lists everything you'd need to get around the island. As far as doing business with Alex, it's been said already but I'll add my two cents. She couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. You can tell that she really cares that her renters enjoy their experiences. Anytime we had any questions she either had an answer for us, or she pointed us in the right direction. I wish all property owners were as professional and decent as she is.

We had an unbelievably great time and a lot of it was due to the condo. I would definitely recommend this property to ANYONE thinking of a vacation in Siesta Key.

Home away from home

This was our second year here in February and we had another wonderful time. Alex goes out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable and is only a phone call or text away. My husband had great time fishing on the pier in the backyard and we had fresh seafood often!!!. Our daughter loved walking over every night to catch the sunsets over Turtles Beach. I just loved taking in all of the activity on the water from the lanai. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance and lots of shopping is only a few minutes drive away...Thanks for everything and we will be back in February 2015

Better than the pics. Very clean and quite. Great location and very easy to travel to and from. If you have worries about doing business with Alex, forget them. She is a very good and honest business lady, ALL CLASS!

Best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. Turtles Restaurant was very good.

Peaceful and relaxing!

Our month long stay in this spacious, tastefully furnished and quiet condo was extremely pleasant. Everything we needed was there and we felt at home the moment we walked in. It even surpassed our expectations and the water views from the kitchen, living-room and dining-room were so peaceful. Not to mention the sunsets from the large and private lanai.

We could see the small boats, kayaks and paddleboards quietly going by and we even had a pod of manatees swim up to the private dock! That was quite amazing.

We went boating, kayaking, biking, walking and beaching (Turtle beach is a stone's throw from the condo and almost deserted.

There are also 3 good restaurants within walking distance and the jazz Sunday brunch at Ophelia's is not to be missed (all the crab legs you can eat is just one of the offerings).

The sightseeing in the Sarasota area is truly beautiful and in the evening you could hear the quiet and gentle breezes...

We hope to be able to repeat the same experience next year.

Everything was perfect, it had all the amenities and more. It was clean, spacious, beds were so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. It had everything including condiments, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid , detergent , even beer. The beach was beautiful, clean and quiet. There was water sports available we went kayaking. You had access in a storage to bikes , fishing rods everything that was offered on your site. The only thing night life was not walking distance. In this area you have to drive about 10 mins to Siesta Key Village if you want a little bit of action. I have 2 kids in there 20's so we went over there. For couples with younger children or older couples its great. I will definitely return and the customer service the best!

Quiet, spacious, and on the water. Only minutes away from everything, but far enough away that one is not caught up in the crowds or traffic near the more touristy areas.

Waterfront condo on Turtle Inlet with dock providing direct access to Little Sarasota Bay and the Jim Neville Marine Reserve.

5 minute walk to Turtle Beach and nearby playground, beach volleyball court and boat ramp! Use our cart to haul beach gear.

3 minute walk to the two best and only waterfront restaurants in Siesta Key. 5 minute walk to the Marina where you can rent kayaks paddleboards and motorboats.

2 min drive to Crescent Shopping Center, local grocery, post office, 7-11, Davidson Drug Store, shops, restaurants, etc.

5-10 minutes drive to Crescent and Siesta Beaches and Siesta Key village center for dining, shopping, and more. Take the bikes!
