Fabulous place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

Property is in a quiet residential area with stunning views of the ocean & mountains. It was spotless, very well equipped, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. A great location at a great price - would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in Victoria.

Stunning views and wonderful accommodation close to Victoria

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at Daybreak at Stormtide was wonderful. Delightful neighborhood, gorgeous views, spotlessly clean space, tastefully decorated and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in away from home. Very convenient to downtown Victoria. Sheena and Tim were friendly, gracious hosts who were quick to respond to questions regarding where to grocery shop and eat out. I would definitely recommend Daybreak at Stormtide and would love to return should our travels bring us back to beautiful Victoria.

Peaceful oasis close to Victoria

  • 5 of 5

The property is spotless and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The views are breathtaking and the air is clean and clear. The beds make for the most restful and deep sleeps where one awakens refreshed and ready to enjoy the day. The location, north of Victoria, is still close enough and easy enough to reach all the key tourist destinations by car. Sheena is a wonderful and accommodating hostess, having thought of every little detail to make the visitor feel at home. We hope to return next time we visit Victoria!

Luxurious setting and attentive service

  • 5 of 5

The home is modern and comfortable, with large rooms beautifully lit by large picture windows offering a spectacular view of Cordova Bay. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, quiet and very friendly. We were greeted by Tim and Sheena's neighbours every time we went for a walk. We were also delighted when two local deer stopped by our window to say good morning. What a view!

Of course, the owners are also a great reason to stay at this property. They pay attention to the little things, know the city and region very well, and genuinely enjoy sharing their home with travellers.

My wife and I hope to visit again and heartily encourage others to do the same. Like us, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We are 2 couples from Arizona who used VRBO for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful accommodations provided by Sheena And TIm that made for an unforgettable stay in Victoria for all of us. The house is modern and tastefully decorated. It is located in the best possible location ... Upscale, quiet neighborhood surrounded by a lush landscape with a million dollar ocean view. It even had its own residential deer that appeared each afternoon right in front of the picture window. Our hosts were most congenial and gracious and acquiesced to our every request. For all of us, this is the address of choice when we return to Victoria.

Excellent Place to Stay!

  • 5 of 5

This was my second stop on my first trip to Canada. It was fantastic! The bed was just like a cloud, I never wanted to leave! But the sunrise was worth waking up for. There is a beautiful view through the large windows. The facilities are very modern and everything was very clean. The kitchen is larger than the one in my apartment in Korea! Also, I forgot a hairdrier and was pleasantly surprised to find one provided in the bathroom! The owners gave me a great first impression of Canadian people, they were so nice and helpful. I'd like to come back to Victoria some time, and I would definitely like to stay with them again!
