Location, Location, Location! Light, bright and completely remodeled condo, it's gorgeous!!! Full kitchen with granite counters and all the expected amenities of home: microwave, stainless self-cleaning stove and refrigerator, many miscellaneous kitchen gadgets, blender, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc., and even a washer and dryer. Diagonal tile floors throughout. Skylights brighten the kitchen and bath. There is a 50' big-screen TV in the living room. There is a cozy patio seating area in front facing the large tree and pool. One covered parking space is provided and there is plenty of street parking close by.
This is a one-level condo in a small complex so it is easily accessible and quiet with no one above. Location cannot be beat with Old Town within easy walking distance; coffee shops, galleries,restaurants abound and a Frye's grocery is around the corner. The Hayden green belt is one block away with access to hiking, biking, and golfing or just strolling. Highway 101 is under a mile from complex so you can easily get to the airport or other areas of Phoenix.
Cable and internet as well as all utilities are included in the High and Shoulder Seasons, however DURING THE LOW SEASON, ALL UTILITIES EXCEPT ELECTRIC are included.

Old Town Scottsdale is magical with its many art galleries, great restaurants and walkability. The older section of Scottsdale has a lot of character and charm, having been built before all the large shopping centers and giant condo complexes existed. The fact that this complex is small and the unit one-story makes it particularly quiet with no one above. The location is perfect.
What makes this condo unique
Skylights bring natural lighting into the kitchen and bath, brightening the daytime with no need for electric lights, and I love the huge tree outside the front door. There is a large front window reaching almost from the ceiling to the floor letting a lot of light into the living area.

Great Condo-Quiet Location
My husband & I stayed in this very comfortable condo for 1 month while visiting family in the area. It is very tastefully decorated and is supplied with all of the essentials needed for a short or extended stay. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very accommodating and made our stay extremely pleasant. The condo is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants & tourist attractions. We felt very safe while exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this condo & would not hesitate to rent it again.
Location, location, location
Extremely convenient location for walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, walking trails, grocery shopping, Spring Training games and Fashion Square/5th Avenue shopping. The 101 Loop Freeway access is two (2) miles away. The condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The newly remodeled kitchen counters, cabinets and appliances made cooking enjoyable.
The owner was very accommodating when I asked about a slow cooker appliance. She said there is not one in the condo but I will have one before you check in-- and there it was on the counter! We enjoyed and used often the Weber gas grill. Thanks, Carolyn for making our stay at your condo so very enjoyable. Also thanks for throwing in the fabulous weather for free. Knopiks from Montana
Great Location and Great Condo!
We relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona and were in need of a short term place. Our move was made much easier as this condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Carolyn was great and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The location is in close proximity to Old Town were there is great shopping and restaurants; and also close to the Scottsdale Fashion Mall and Camelback Mountain. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to town.
Loved this place! Great landlord, nice and clean, wonderfully furnished and decorated, everything available and ready for use (towels, utensils, dishes..everything!). Washer and dryer in the unit, a real plus! Nice, quiet pool, but take a towel to sweep off the seats as there is a shedding tree near the pool area. The unit is bicycling distance to Camelback Mountain, an easy bicycle ride to Old Town Scottsdale (the center of Old Town). Walking distance to two grocery stores, many restaurants and around the corner from the shopping mall. Also very close to the bicycle/jogging trail that runs North and South through Scottsdale. Great location! Easy access to the Highway. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
Nicely decorated, clean and airy apartment-style condo. Friendly owner answered all of our questions and checked to be sure everything was as advertised! Great location - groceries, shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale's downtown area are all within walking distance. Well maintained bicycle and walking paths just a couple of blocks away. We would definitely return and recommend this place to friends. Our walk to the Saddle Bag Chop House for breakfast was an unexpected delight. Diverse breakfast menu items at reasonable prices along with Mimosas and Bloody Mary's for $1.99!!!! Unheated pool was acceptable, but still a little cold in March.
We loved our two-month stay in this newly remodeled and tastefully decorated condo. The location was perfect--within easy walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale with it's many great restaurants and shops, dozens of art galleries and a fabulous farmer's market every Saturday morning. There is a wonderful multi-use paved path just a couple of blocks away that winds for miles north and south along a long, narrow golf course and past beautiful lakes and parks. We walked or rode our bicycles on the path almost every day and hiked often in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve (an absolutely beautiful desert hiking area about 30 minutes north) and even climbed Camelback Mountain! The condo was clean and well maintained and the owner was exceptionally nice--checked to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed! There is a Frye's grocery just a block away and a grapefruit tree just outside the gate. We ate fresh grapefruit every morning! My husband loved the huge flat-screen TV and we both enjoyed the kitchen with SS appliances and granite counter tops. We definitely recommend this condo for it's good value and excellent location. It was perfect for us while I was there attending classes and workshops at the Scottsdale Artist's School.

Very close to Old Town Scottsdale, fast access to freeways, downtown and central Phoenix; Fashion Square mall, nightlife, movie theaters, hospitals, fine and casual dining, performing arts, library, green belt, parks, and bike trails are all a few blocks away. Nearby golf, Spring Training Facilities, all stadiums, hiking, grocery stores, and every upscale amenity the Valley of the Sun can offer. Prime location for winter visitors!

Condo has A/C, DVD player, 50' flat screen TV, internet service, cable, and all utilities are included in high and shoulder seasons. The unit can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in each bedroom (no sofa sleeper). single floor construction means no noise above and no stairs! Quiet and small community in amazing neighborhood location just blocks from Old Towne and across the street from grocery stores, Coffee Bean, banking, etc.
