This condo is the newest in Winter Park (fall 2012) and is equipped with all the upscale features that you may need and yet still affordable. It has a spectacular view to the wetland right behind the condo where moose, deer, fox and other animals spend part of their day. The tile floor in the kitchen and hallway, as well as the carpet in the bedrooms and living room are all comfortable with its in-floor radiant heat for a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities and decor were carefully picked for a warm mountain home feel. Stay and relax at home or take part of the many activities that Winter Park and the Fraser Valley have to offer. You are within walking distance to most restaurants, shops, free shuttle bus. The town park is just across the parking lot, it features a play ground, sledding hill and skateboard park in the summer as well as all the music festivals through out the summer. A short drive can get you to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Please ask for a complete list of winter and summer activities as these change and improve every year.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

We had a marvelous time at this lovely condo. It is spacious, immaculate, and very nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh, and there were plenty of dishes to accommodate a very large group for dinner. With three full (and spotless) bathrooms and a large living-dining area, we never felt crowded. The views from the living room and off the back deck are spectacular (we observed beavers building their lodge in the pond while a pair of great blue heron stood watch!). Because of how it is situated on the property, the condo feels private and "in" the mountains, yet it's just a short walk (less than 2 blocks) to restaurants and shops. The rental process was simple and straight forward and we had no issues during our stay, but we were glad to have the name and cell of the local property manager in case any need arose (even though we didn't need it). We will definitely be coming back!
