Bedrooms 1
Space 500 sq ft
Property type apartment

About the property

Apartment, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 2 Sleeps

This charming apartment, known to locals as 'Jo Ann's Place', sits at the southern tip of historic Pass-a-Grille Beach, with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened front porch. The Gulf of Mexico and a sugar-sand beach are steps from the front door. A private fenced patio is perfect for reading or sunbathing. The residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can fish from the nearby seawall. or join your neighbors to watch postcard sunsets from the Gulf promenade.

Constructed during WW II, this building is not condo contemporary. The walls are plaster, the floors are heart-of-pine, and there's no dishwasher. But if you want to experience the ambiance and peace of Pass-a-Grille, you cannot beat this location.

Every seasonal rental in this neighborhood was booked solid between December and May last year. If you want to secure this unit for the 2016-2017 season, act soon.

Please note: this is a NON-SMOKING apartment and NO PETS of any kind are allowed.

We really enjoyed the stay at Pass-a-Grill. It's a great apartment, really close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!!!

Jere is a great host who makes you feel at home right away. The beach is really close and it is not so crowded. We actually enjoyed it more than Sanibel, because there are less people, it's not so expensive and you can find as many beautiful shells as Pass a Grill as in Sanibel.

Our two week stay in Pass-A-Grille was perfect. Jere's place has everything you need, everything Pass-A-Grille has to offer is right there, but is still quiet and away from all the crowds, it is perfect for a peaceful relaxing stay, or if you want a more upbeat faster pace time that is only minutes away!!!
