Fabulous 2BR/2BA refurnished annually since 2012, this condo is conveniently located in central Summit county. Incredible southern views of the Ten Mile range are right out the living room window and walk out balcony! Easy access from Denver Int. Airport on I-70. Year-round activities and mountain splendor. This condo is in an ideal location for all summit county activities and has a free shuttle service to all major attractions and shopping and skiing. Come and enjoy the invigorating altitude at 10,000 feet above sea-level. Summers are warm in the day and perfectly cool at night following the brief afternoon rain showers over the peaks. Watch for the rainbows off of the balcony! Ski season brings cozy evenings in front of the wood fire while the snow drifts outside..supplying pristine first-run powder skiing in the morning. This unit has an unobstructed view of the Dillon Valley flanked by The Dillon Reservoir to the left and the Ten Mile range front and center. We do not accept pets of any kind. No Children Under age 10. Principle renters 30 years of age and above. This has worked well, and I am happy with the results. Thank you for your understanding.

Kirk's instructions for the area served as our go to document during our stay in Summit County. Like the dead sea scrolls it seemed we learned something new everytime we looked at them. It is an excellent property and Kirk goes above and beyond for his guests.

Comfortable and convient to Summit County

Kirk's condo (Snowscape #74) was the perfect base for a week of skiing in Summit county. Very quick access to several ski areas. Kirk was extremely helpful and and made our entire rental process very simple and easy. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/toasters/utensils we needed. Was also fantastic that there were 2 humidifiers in the condo that we could use (especially during the winter season). Was also nice to have a working fireplace to relax by after each day of skiing.

Beautiful view in Wildernest

A very roomy and comfortable condo. Well equipped kitchen. Great view. Could use a few updates such as more modern shower heads. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous location, view and amenities

This was our first stay here and we're already talking about next year! All the pictures and descriptions were accurate. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided; WiFi, blu-ray, fireplace; the beds were comfy and the humidifiers provided were very thoughtful since the climate was much drier than we're used to. The location was perfect for us to explore and ski in Keystone, Breckenridge and Frisco. The owner was very responsive and provided a ton of helpful information in advance about stores and supplies, restaurants and other recommendations. We loved it!

Awesome place!!!

Very nice condo, anything you need is there. Good location, close to Keystone and Breckenridge ski resorts. The view from living room is amazing. And the most important is how easy it was to work with Kirk. He provided a lot of information about local area and how to make our vocation easier. Definitely will look to stay there next time!!!
