Fabulous 2BR/2BA refurnished annually since 2012, this condo is conveniently located in central Summit county. Incredible southern views of the Ten Mile range are right out the living room window and walk out balcony! Easy access from Denver Int. Airport on I-70. Free WiFi in unit. Year-round activities and mountain splendor. This condo is in an ideal location for all summit county activities and has a free shuttle service to all major attractions and shopping and skiing. Come and enjoy the invigorating altitude at 10,000 feet above sea-level. Summers are warm in the day and perfectly cool at night following the brief afternoon rain showers over the peaks. Watch for the rainbows off of the balcony! Ski season brings cozy evenings in front of the wood fire while the snow drifts outside..supplying pristine first-run powder skiing in the morning. This unit has an unobstructed view of the Dillon Valley flanked by The Dillon Reservoir to the left and the Ten Mile range front and center. We do not accept pets of any kind. No Children Under age 10. Principle renters 30 years of age and above. This has worked well, and I am happy with the results. Thank you for your understanding.

Great place to chill

We very much enjoyed this condo. We even were blessed to get some snow to play in. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with the little extras that made cooking at home easy. We enjoyed the trails just out the back door and found this a wonderful launching pad for our Epic ski vacation with my sons.

LOOK NO FURTHER - SPECTACULAR MOUNTAIN CONDO

My family and I decided to visit the Colorado mountains for our Christmas break this year. This was our first trip to the state and our son is graduating High School in May 2018 so we wanted to do something extra special for his final winter vacation. We can't thank Kirk C enough for everything he did for us. If you decide to rent his condo you not only get a fantastic place to stay but you also get a personal concierge service with the best tips for where to go, what to see, along with the best places to shop and save some money as well. The website picture doesn't do the breath taking views off the deck or outside the master bedroom window any real justice. Last but not least Kirk provides so much for an extremely valuable price. You needn't look any further if you desire a safe and warm place to stay near Breckenridge without paying a significant fortune. This space is perfectly comfortable for a family of four. We had just one minor issue with a family staying above us on the third floor, however the situation was addressed immediately by management and that is all you can ask for. We don't think they realized how much noise they created running back and forth with smaller children etc. We plan to make make Kirk's condo a repeat as we were told by a few folks that visiting in the summer months is just as awesome as the winter months. Although we had some crazy situations occur during your stay, eg. upstairs cattle call, those are unique and you were gracious until we got it resolved. Being on the HOA board gives me a bit more immediate access to management services than other owners, so I was glad we could resolve the problem right away. Perfect spot to explore the mountains!

This cozy condo is perfectly situated to explore all the delights of the area - just a short drive to Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, Vail, and Breckinridge with all their great sights, restaurants and activities! With two bedrooms and two baths and a fully equipped kitchen, you've got everything you need. The view of the mountains from the balcony is gorgeous and the addition of hummingbirds feeding and red fox kits playing within view takes it over the top. Comfortable beds, cozy couch, tv and wifi all add to the sense of a great home away from home. The owner was super nice to work with and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything which was really lovely. We enjoyed our summer stay very much and can only imagine how perfectly it would serve as home base for a great winter skiing trip. Glad we found this great place!

One of our favorites!!

Wonderful condo! Description is spot on. The views from balcony are unbelievably beautiful! We also saw wildlife from the balcony. Which was a plus! We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds & everything we needed for a great stay! Kirk was great to work with! Had a lot of great recommendations for restaurants, trails & scenic drives. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Kirk's instructions for the area served as our go to document during our stay in Summit County. Like the dead sea scrolls it seemed we learned something new everytime we looked at them. It is an excellent property and Kirk goes above and beyond for his guests.
