This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is decorated perfectly for that Florida vacation! It is located

on the the 4th floor in the 2nd building of the Gulf Islands Beach and Tennis Club Comminity. The view from the private patio has an unobstructed view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Just bring your toothbrush, this condo is equiped with everything to make your vacation perfect! There is a queen size bed and television in the bedroom, another television in the living room. This unit also provides the linens, all the kitchen utensils that you need, including a microwave. The kitchen and bathroom have ceramic tile and the rest is carpeted. Also, for your convenience, there is even a laudromat on all of the even floors of the building.

Very Nice Very Quiet

Nice safe place to stay. Quiet. Not near tourist spots if that's what you are look for. But close enough to the tourist spots to enjoy them. Very nice view. Clean. Met nice people staying there.

Nice and peaceful. Very relaxing and enjoyable week.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We loved relaxing in the pool. We saw dolphins playing in the lagoon a few times. The sunsets at Fred Howard park in Tarpon Springs are beautiful. The dog beach at Honeymoon Island was great for our furry kids. I highly recommend Sam's for food and drinks in Hudson. And the Crab Shack in New Port Richey is very good. And in Tarpon Springs, Rusty Belly's at the end of the Sponge Docks is a must.

This was perfect! Great views. Clean unit. Everything I needed or could have wanted was there. The grounds are gorgeous. I would rent again!

GREAT GETAWAY WITH FANTASIC WATER VIEWS!

Fantastic water views from both living room and bedroom with sliders onto balcony. Got to watch dolphins in the lagoon and in the gulf! Oversized pool and relaxing little beach area. Although it rained the majority of our stay, there is really nothing quite like watching the rain and lightning over the water...Nicely decorated but be sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, soap. (Had to go out first night for supplies.) Nice and clean, easy to arrange and wonderful property mgmt. Thanks!

You will only be paying the booking fee, traveler's insurance (if purchased) and damage deposit (if purchased) through the site. A 3% surcharge will be added for all credit card payments. Checks will be accepted if received at least 7 days before check in. Otherwise, a money order or cashier's check will be required.

Security deposits will be refunded with in 7 days of departure for all bookings less than 1 month and with in 30 days for bookings 1 month or more.
