Enjoy all the comforts of this 3,100 square foot home. This home is decorated with all the comforts in mind. This home boasts six large bedrooms and five bathrooms with most of the bedrooms having their own private bathrooms! We have carefully decorated this home to make this a “home away from home” for all your family and friends to enjoy. This home may be large, but it’s great for both large and small gathering of friends and family. We purchased this home a few years ago and have been remodeling it from a 70's home to a modern home. The kitchen, alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and travertine flooring has just been completed and is brand new (as of January 2015) and the kitchen has a grand and open feel to it.

We’re located at the intersection of canals 2 & 3 thus offering one of the best open canal views in the Key's. All the canals lead to the main Colorado River and offer a calm water flow for the kids and adults to chill and float while sipping on your favorite drink. The canals are perfect for swimming, kayaking, tube floating, stand boarding, and just plain fishing.

PLEASE NOTE: Were Sorry but we don't allow any pets. We've had considerable damage in the past and it's not really fair to the pets to be left in an unfamiliar house and locked in a bedroom while you're out, its not fair to the house fixtures and all its components, and not fair to future guests with pet allergies. Sorry.

Also please note, There is no roof top access for 'laying out' at this time.

Amazing place.

We usually stay at RV parks but decided to try something new this trip. We had several families is this beautiful home and we truly enjoyed every aspect. There were a couple minor issues and they were very responsive. The home was newly remodeled and very beautiful. We liked the fact we could dock the boat to the dock directly behind the house.

We loved this place!

The layout of the home was perfect to accommodate our three families. Each room had it's own bathroom which created a nice touch of privacy for us. The master was fantastic and had a beautiful view of the water way, with a large tub and separate shower. We also loved the large patio area and dock space that could have had three boats parked if we needed to. We stayed at this place twice now and can see that it is developing to one of the best sites in the keys to stay at! Plenty of parking, lots of room, multiple bathroom, huge dock, huge patio, newly remodeled...what else could we ask for.

My family, friends and I were looking forward to staying in what we thought was a beautiful home, we were disappointed when we got into the home. The home is in the middle of A LOT of renovations and upgrades that they don't tell you about until you pay the rent and get the keys. Then they charge you a cleaning fee(which I was told is now higher than it was when I stayed) and the home is not clean. You have to do all of the dishes and take out all of the trash. There was dust and spiderwebs all over the home showing that the cleaning crew clearly doesn't dust. Seems to me like the cleaning fee is basically so they can wash the linens and that seems a bit extreme for the amount that they charge. From the outside of the home it looks amazing but when you are inside it is totally different. The master bathroom had an amazing soaker tub in it but it had no fixtures and was not operable. Also from the outside of the home it looks as though you have access to a great rooftop area to bask in the Parker sun, but yet again disappointed when we found that there was no access to the rooftop. Then I was told that there was ample parking for 4-5 vehicles and yet we got there and barely were able to park the three vehicles we had without going over the white lines because we had no access to the three car garage. Just be prepared that it is not as good as it seems online or from the water view.

Owner's Response: This home is one of the best homes in the keys. We’ve owned it for 2 years now and are always upgrading it with new features and items. The kitchen is scheduled to be upgraded this coming November and the front of the house in 2015. All the photos are recent. The only construction going on at the time of this writing (June 2014) is the installation of a soaker bath tub in the master bathroom. There's no other construction going on. The bathroom was just recently upgraded with a new tub and travertine but unfortunately the plumber didn’t have time to install the faucet on the tub by the time these tenants arrived in the house. As of July 4th 2014, the tub is fully complete. The girls are right about one thing, the bathroom is totally amazing! I’ll take a picture and post it next time I’m there. As for the parking, this home has one of the largest lots in the keys and when my family goes, we can fit … let’s see the photo…8 cars??? Hmmm I guess it really depends on the competence of the drivers perhaps? As for the “Roof Top Access” there is no roof top access. There never was and never will be. A roof is a dangerous place to be. These girls made an assumption. If there was access to the roof to “lay-out”, wouldn’t it be a big feature worth mentioning in the description? There’s nothing but roof tiles, air conditioners, and vent pipes up there. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe environment for our guests but there were no calls made to Kim at RGR Realty, (management) because if there was a complaint, She would have totally bent over backwards to satisfy them. Remember, this is a normal residential community where some people rent out their houses. Its not some sort of magical place like the Waldorf Astoria…. or the Marriott….. You’re renting a normal house. I don’t know of a single house here in Parker where the Owner washes your Dishes for you or takes out your Trash. That’s a normal responsibility that these girls were not willing do for themselves and expected someone else do it for them. Parker not only offers water activities and off road activities, but also has great golfing at the local Emerald Golf Course and 30 minutes away are six other golf courses in nearby Lake Havasu.
