We are current small business owners that would eventually like to retire in Florida. We live in Centerville Ohio and have 2 grown sons. Our parents spend winters in Florida.

Why Jane and Tim Fiehrer chose Cape Coral
Our condo is in a great location, close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Weather is typically 70-80 degrees year round. We have a great view and lots of space indoors and out. We especially like the large lanais, the boat dock and the recently upgraded water side pool.

As well as being close to beaches, we are within a short driving distance to all attractions in the Fort Myers area.

Wizard of Oz
This is the first thing that popped into my head. Pulling up to the place was not overly impressive but when we opened up the door, we walked in, we all said. "WOW", "THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL". It was like when Dorothy in Wizard of Oz opened the door and everything went from black and white into vivid color. Loved all of the pictures of the area on the walls. Everything we needed was there and more. Fishing poles, Chairs, Guitar, PlayStation, grill. Very well maintained and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great vacation. We loved it so much that we are planning to stay again next year and bring our grandchildren. Everyday morning I would go out and fish at the dock and then later go take a short ride to Sanibel which was only a 19 minute drive. I would also recommend stopping at the restaurant across the street Fords Garage. Great place and food. The Main road in front can get pretty busy at times but never did traffic noise get loud inside. We all had a very relaxing time. Jane was very informative on instructions and was always very quick to answer any question I had. A+++

Charming, unique, strategic Cape Coral, FL condo
Experience luxury, comfort, and convenience at this amazing three story, corner unit condo. The website photos don't do it justice. It is a cozy, larger than expected, well maintained, spotless condo with a wonderful 1st and 2nd floor plan. The 2nd floor entry takes you into a bright and airy open space with a ceramic tiled Kitchen and Dining Room, with glass patio door leading to its own screened Lanai. Next is the carpeted Living Room with sleeper sofa and Dish satellite TV adjacent to a large screened Lanai overlooking a beautiful coconut palm tree, newly pavered swimming pool, boat docks, and canal leading to the Caloosahatchee River. Take the spiral stairway from the 2nd floor Lanai up to the 3rd floor roof top deck to relax in the sun or take in breathtaking views of the canal, Caloosahatchee River, and Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Meyers. A den/3rd Bedroom with daybed, large walk-in closet, and Half Bath is located adjacent to the 2nd floor entry opposite the Kitchen. New granite counters with snack bar area and beautiful updated cabinets make the large Kitchen an inviting place to prepare meals, snacks, and drinks. Take the unique 2nd floor spiral stairway down to the 1st floor and you'll be amazed by the large, carpeted Master Bedroom suite with access to it's own 1st floor screened Lanai overlooking the canal. From the Master Bedroom you enter a ceramic tiled walk through en-suite with marble double sink counter and large, tiled stall shower. Next you enter a large, well organized walk-in closet. Down the hall from the Master Bedroom suite is a Guest Bedroom, Guest Bathroom with shower/tub combo, and Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Condo has an assigned carport parking space and is located within 5 minutes walking distance to a US Post Office, Ford’s Garage Restaurant, and Caloosa Boat Rental. It is strategically located just 5 minutes driving distance to the Yacht Club Beach, 10 minutes to Matlacha and Pine Island, 15 minutes to Fort Meyers and Fort Meyers Beach, 30 minutes to Bonita Springs, 45 minutes to Naples, 1 hour to Marco Island, and 1-1/4 hours to Venice, Siesta Key, and Sarasota. Vacationing at this condo is a wonderful way to enjoy Florida's weather and, if you choose, to visit many gulf coast beaches and cities that are within close proximity.
Homey feel with access to everything
The 2 story condo was lovely and so comfortable! Plenty of space for my kids to do their own thing and a great family room and kitchen area for when we wanted to hang out as a family. 2 screened in porches and a pool on sight, as well as being right on the water made it easy to enjoy Florida even if we felt like relaxing at home. The location made it easy for us to find things to do outside of the condo. We could walk to the boat rental place as well as restaurants and night life. Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach are an easy drive. I liked not being right on the beach and over-run by vacationers. We could go for the day, then come back to the condo for dinner and quiet time if we wanted. Be prepared to pay tolls on bridges and pay for beach parking. Ft. Myers downtown area has a history museum and Imaginarium, and if you are there for a 1st Friday, stay late in town for the monthly Music Festival. We loved that we could have more than just a 'beach vacation.' There was enough variety of things to do that we didn't get bored or on each other's nerves. 2 of us even took a day and drove down to the Everglades.
We had a problem with the dishwasher, which ended up being our fault. We called the owners and they walked us through the fix. Very friendly and helpful owners. The whole place was very clean, lovely and well-decorated, but that Master Bath- WOW! Huge and beautiful! It made me feel like we were staying in a posh hotel.
I would absolutely recommend this property; I'd like to go back myself!
We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Our whole family was very comfortable and had room to spread out. Evenings on the lanai and rooftop were amazing. Great for viewing New Year's Eve fireworks. Walking distance to many fun restaurants and boat rental. Owners great to work with.
I came down for vacation with a few friends. I thought the property was very clean which is always a necessity for me. The place was very quiet and seemed almost secluded which I enjoyed. The main living room that opened into patio was the best part about this condo. It was easy to hang out with everyone but not feeling confined. The property was also close to several places to eat and a large grocery making getting food very easy.
