Nice house, nice pool, nice location
Nice little house, 3 bathrooms is a plus. Good pool, nice big living room and kitchen. Only downside was the dock, you can kayak off it, but can’t dock a boat.
It was our first time in the Keys but we will definitely be back. The house was perfect , the pool was perfect ,and the view was awesome. Marathon is very laid back , we fished a lot and basically just relaxed by the pool. We had one small issue with the air conditioner but the people at Coco Plum took care of it right away. Thank you for a great relaxing vacation. Hope to see you in the future. The Hathaway's

House was plenty big enough, it was clean. Pool was nice. Had one problem with AC but repair guy was sent very quickly. Good central location to go to Key West and Key Largo.

We appreciate your business and we hope to host you again.

Great Week in Marathon
My wife and I had never been to the keys. We wanted a private, peaceful, and beautiful place to relax. This place was that and more. House was clean, pool was great, view was spectacular. Very private. Great couples get away.

Beautiful, clean home. Can't beat the view!
Loved the pool, the friendly iguanas that live on or nearby the property, the palm trees, and the dock is great for fishing.
Had one plumbing issue during our week, but was addressed and fixed within an hour!
Thank you Coco Plum for a wonderful week.

Nightmare! Raw Sewage in the Shower.
This house is a nightmare. It smells like a moldy outhouse. (inside). We arrived to find garbage cans overflowing. Trash and debris all over the yard and in the pool. The pool wasn't pumping and there was a hose draped across the pool deck. The porch light wasn't working. The house was filthy. It had been wiped down but all the vertical surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen were disgusting. When I called with problems they didn't seem to grasp the concept of me being on vacation. I had to change my plans several times to wait for them to bring supplies or clean. When I reported the cable box downstairs wasn't functioning they offered to send the cable company over but I would have to wait for the service call or allow someone into the house while I continued with my vacation plans. The coffeemaker doesn't work because the carafe isn't made for the unit and coffee spills onto the counter. It has a very specific filter type and the filters they provide in their welcome basket can't be used in the machine. The house had 4 extra pillows and only 2 extra pillowcases. (I found an extra pillowcase under the bed sheets when I stripped the bed.) When you walked into the master bedroom, there was a large glob of hair and what I can only guess were dried bodily fluids on the foot board. They did offer to come out and clean it up and they sent someone but again I had to alter my plans to accommodate them. When it rained water starting pouring down from the ceiling and through the windows of the back porch, they requested I send pictures, which I did. This was obviously a known and chronic problem based on the amount of damage already visible. The Grill outside was horrifying. Filthy. The night we arrived there were chairs sitting on the pier. The next morning after a storm we saw them in the mud blown off the pier into the bay. Who doesn't know it's windy in the Keys? Why didn't Coco Plum tie down the furniture? The fridge drawer falls out when you try to use it.
The house smells like mold and sewage. If you flush the toilet in the downstairs bathroom, sewage comes up into the drain of the shower. The plumber they sent informed us this had happened before and the owners and management co were aware of the problem. The TV cable box in the living room just doesn't work. The AC in the living room was dripping onto the TV when we arrived. The linens were cheap. Mold everywhere! This was not a result of hurricane Irma. Poor management and a lack of maintenance.
