Bedroom has King size bed, makeup table, dresser, chest, secretary desk. Large closets in both bedrooms. Guest room has two twin beds. Why Richard Phillips chose Florida Central Atlantic Coast

We vacationed for over 25 years in the area before deciding Golden Arms was the best place to stay, and eventually bought the condo. One day we will be snow birds. The condo is extremely well built, and we love the central location, the view from the balcony and having a detached garage.

What makes this condo unique

The condo has a great security system, is located near the best restaurants and the view is something we never tire of. A heated pool, beach access and a management team that really cares about the property. Just being there relaxes us and allows us to focus on the beautiful weather, beach view...and nothing lets you sleep as well as the sounds of the ocean.

King in Master Bedroom, two twins in second bedroom. Kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar. Living area has beautiful view of ocean, as does the Master Bedroom and balcony. Elevators. Close to Flagler Avenue with shops/restaurants. Beautiful sunrises. Minimum Rental period one week per Homeowner Association Bylaws. Less than 90 minutes from Disney/Universal/Seaworld. Daytona Beach is 15 minute drive away. GREAT restaurants nearby in NSB.

Golden Arms Getaway

The Golden Arms is a very nice condo. I actually have stayed there many times as my parents wintered there for many years. It is located within easy walking distance of shopping, has a beautiful pool area and a short hop down to the beach. Would like to consider a month or two there next winter.

Refundable damage deposit $300

Cancellations less than 8 weeks forfeit deposit. Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior may risk forfeiture of rental fee. Management will attempt to rent the property, and may have to discount that rental. If successful in re-renting, partial repayment of rental fee is possible.


There are no "nightly rates" Rentals have a one week minimum. Weekly rates are $1200 for June - August. September - May rates are $950/week. Monthly stays are almost exclusively winter and a minimum of two months. There is a $300 refundable deposit, and a $80 non-refundable cleaning fee for each rental. All rentals arrangements are secured through the Resident Manager, Deanna Campos.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE 12.5% TAX, WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO BOTH THE RENTAL AND CLEANING FEES.

Deposit paid in advance with contract. Fees/taxes paid in full 4 weeks prior to occupancy. All paid to Deanna Campos, Property Manager at Golden Arms Condominiums, with checks made out to Keyes Realty.
