Bedroom has King size bed, makeup table, dresser, chest, secretary desk. Large closets in both bedrooms. Guest room has two twin beds. Cancellations less than 8 weeks forfeit deposit. Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior may risk forfeiture of rental fee. Management will attempt to rent the property, and may have to discount that rental. If successful in re-renting, partial repayment of rental fee is possible.
There are no "nightly rates" Rentals have a one week minimum. Weekly rates are $1200 for June - August. September - May rates are $950/week. Monthly stays are almost exclusively winter and a minimum of two months. There is a $300 refundable deposit, and a $80 non-refundable cleaning fee for each rental. All rentals arrangements are secured through the Resident Manager, Deanna Campos.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE 12.5% TAX, WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO BOTH THE RENTAL AND CLEANING FEES.
Deposit paid in advance with contract. Fees/taxes paid in full 4 weeks prior to occupancy. All paid to Deanna Campos, Property Manager at Golden Arms Condominiums, with checks made out to Keyes Realty
