Our Sandpiper condo is single level and is 2,000 square feet. There are two master suites, both with their own bathrooms, one bedroom that sleeps 2 and in the bonus room there is a sleeper couch that sleeps another 2. There are four baths in total. Our condo is located in the famous Sandpiper Condominium development. As an architectural landmark, the Sandpiper Condominiums take you back to the late 50's and 1960's mid century styling. Your are a 5 minute walk to the corner of El Paso and Hwy 74, the beginning of the famous El Paseo Shopping District. The condo has been completely remodeled with new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with granite counter tops. Other improvements include all new furnishings, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, paint and wall decorations. Three bathrooms have beautiful tile lined showers (one bathtub). Our condo is your home away from home. We know you won't be disappointed.

You are less than a five minute walk to the corner of El Paseo and Hwy 74, the beginning of the world famous El Paseo Shopping District, which features over 300 world-class shops, clothing boutiques, art galleries, jewelers and restaurants. Also known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, El Paseo has a wide spectrum of stores from William Sonoma, Sak's 5 Avenue to small boutiques. Restaurants include Tommy Bahamas, Picanha, California Pizza Kitchen, and Sullivan's SteakHouse. Starbucks and Vons Grocery Store are located across the street from the condo. The condo has 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and their own separate bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a trundel bed sleeps two. The large media room has a queen size sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. Each bedroom has its own cable TV. The living and media rooms have big HDTV's with plenty of seating for the whole family. We have high speed wireless internet connectiong (WIFI) and unlimited long distance phone service for all of USA and Canada. The condo is furnished throughout with comfortable beds and linens. The well appointed kitchen is complete with all new stainless steel appliances, chef's knives, etc. to ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The pool is heated year round and has a Ramada (covered patio) with a built-in gas BBQ, sink and refrigerator. Plenty of seating area for entertaining. We also have a private BBQ on our poolside patio. We have 2 covered carports located directly in front of the condo.

WE HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT AND THE ACCOMADATIONS WERE OUTSTANDING!!

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS JUST WONDERFUL YOU SOMETIMES DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING TO REALLY GET WHEN YOU USE VRBO BUT WE WERE VERY HAPPY WHEN WE ARRIVED. WE HAD TO CALL THE OWNERS A COUPLE OF TIMES ONCE WAS ABOUT THE T.V. REMOTE AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CALLED US BACK AND HELPED US FIX THE PROBLEM OPERATOR ERROR OF COURSE AND THE OTHER TIME THE POWER WENT OUT DUE TO THE WINDS AND WE CALLED AND THEY TOLD US WHERE ALL THE CANDLES AND FLASHLIGHTS WERE ... AGAIN SO NICE TO BE ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE WHEN YOU NEED TOO, WE WOULD DEFIANTLY COME AGAIN!!!
