Completely remodeled ocean view, high floor 2 bedroom condo! Popular building with residential feel and great amenities, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms, and a large lanai perfect for morning coffee or sunset meals.

Free covered parking. Guest parking is also available.

Waikiki Lanais is a 5 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki beach with surfing, protected swimming areas, and gorgeous sunsets. Close to world-class shopping and restaurants on Kalakaua Avenue. The building features a recreation deck with heated pool, hot tub, and exercise room, large commercial laundry room, and a rooftop deck with BBQ for entertaining or enjoying a drink at the end of the day.

Wake up to ocean and canal views in the master bedroom, which features a queen bed, walk in closet, and doorwall leading to the lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a floor-to-ceiling window facing the ocean. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed when extra space is needed.

Our condo has a full kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and a rice cooker. BBQ grills are available on the rooftop deck. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably.

You can vacation with or without a car. The Food Pantry supermarket is a short walk away, or drive to Don Quijote for gourmet food, fresh fish, and Japanese imports. Weekly farmers markets are within two blocks at the Waikiki Community Center and King’s Village, or a short drive to the Kapiolani Community College farmers market. Oahu has great public transportation (The Bus) that will take you anywhere on the island.

To make your stay more comfortable and keep you connected, the condo includes air conditioning, a high definition LCD TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, basic cable, and WiFi with high speed internet. We provide everything you need for a fun day at the beach, including towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys.

Lovely stay at the Waikiki Lanais

Our family stayed for a week at the Waikiki Lanais and had a lovely time. The condo is big enough for a family of 4 to fit in comfortably. It is a nice walk down to the beach...once we figured out our way. It wasn't very far although, dragging beach chairs and stuff for a family, on the walk, was a little cumbersome...wish we had been a tad closer.

There is plenty to do within 10 mins of the place. Shopping, restaurants and a little further, the beach. The pool wasn't available during our stay, or the workout room, which is why I knocked it down a star. It would have been really nice to have been able to use the pool and jacuzzi...we knew ahead of time, but it was still a disappointment.

Some reviews here mentioned the air conditioners being loud -- they were, but it didn't bother our family at all. The Rooftop deck was lovely, as well. We didn't take advantage of the bbq's up there, but plenty did when we went up to look and wish we had.

As we were told, there is a small market within walking distance but it was SO pricey! Once we discovered ABC, we bought everything we needed, there. Should have gone to Safeway, a short drive from the condo, for even better prices.

We enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards that you have in the condo -- great touch to have those there for our use. The umbrellas that were there as well are broken and need to be replaced...I would also suggest a few more beach towels.

There are great laundry facilities which we did take advantage of. Only - would recommend you buy soap at the ABC Store as the machine ate our money and no soap came out...and there isn't really a manager for the bldg on the premises regularly to ask for a refund.

All in all, a really lovely week at your condo. No serious issues to speak of...a few ants, but as long as you keep the food off of the counters and use a little Raid spray, which we found under the sink, it was not an issue at all. Thank you for having a great property!

Nice location but ...

We initially booked this condo for its location. We wanted the convenience of a full size kitchen and living room and two bedrooM. This condo was very difficult to find at night even with directions and a GPS. It's located at the very end of the street before it curves. You will see a sign for guest parking - go there! Lock box was easy to maneuver. It was nice that there is reserved parking which helped tremendously - people park in the garage along the ramps so be careful. Upon entering the condo we were pleasantly surprised. The living room was spacious , kitchen was well stocked and the master bedroom was very spacious. The 2nd bedroom is pretty tight w/the 2 twin beds but it was sufficient and exactly as the photo presented it to be. I was very disappointed because after removing my shoes I noticed sand and debris was sticking to my feet - a LOT of it - the condo was dirty! The living room, dining, kitchen and bedrooms' floors were so dirty! It was as if someone began to clean it and never got half way through it. So after a long flight and a 9 hr delay I had to vacuum the entire condo! NOT something I really wanted to do! The next morning I emailed the property management company about it but I didn't get a response within an hour so I then decided to call them so they could finish cleaning while we were gone. The property manager was very polite and apologetic and told me he would send someone over to clean. We left to do some sight seeing and when we returned the condo was clean - or so I thought! The living room only has one couch and nothing else to sit on, so if more than two people want to sit down and relax you have someone sitting in the dining room . It's odd too because the living room is very spacious and can easily accommodate another couch, love seat or chair. I would highly recommend the condo owners add another couch because it's a two bedroom condo and typically you will have at least three people staying - not very comfortable. My so. Realized the couch turns into a sleeper so he pulled the bottom out along with ALL the old Cheerios, sand, newspapers, and trash! I immediately pulled the couch from the wall (it's pretty lightweight) and low and behold at huge mess that was never cleaned! I really didn't want to have another cleaning crew come back in so I took out the vacuum and cleaned again. So so so NOT a good start ! The rest was fine and easy walk to the beach.

Watch out for ants!

Generally a very nice apartment. Only negatives are a very noisy air conditioner in main room and curtains are very thin and do not block out any light.

Perfect Vacation Rental

My wife and I were both stationed on Oahu years ago and this was our first time returning to the Island. This time however, we were visiting with our new family additions, 5yr and 10mo boys. It was a priority of ours to find a place that separated the kids not only from our bedroom, but from the kitchen and living room as well. This condo did just that and was very updated. The condo has virtually everything you will need. In the case that they do not (ie. baby crib), we were able to rent from a company that works with the rental owners, so very convenient!

The condo is extremely convenient and a very close walk to the main strip (Kalakaua Ave.) and Waikiki beach. The parking spot (which was included in the pricing - something you want to take into consideration as other condos do not offer) came in very handy.

All appliances worked well! The air condition units and fans, while the breeze at times was enough, was PERFECT!!! Thank you so much for adding these as they came in very handy.

All-in-all, we had no issues and this condo was a Perfect fit for our family of 4 (even though we could have easily fit a few more). If and when we return again, we will certainly look ahead for another stay here. Highly recommend.
