This newer condominium building in a superb beach and boardwalk location. Park your car in your private garage and you won't have to move it again. Walk to beach, boards, restaurants, and entertainment. This condominium is located 'center of the boardwalk', in front of the ferris wheel, and in the center of the action. This is exactly where everyone wants to be! EVERYTHING that you want to do and see is right up the street. This is the perfect location for parents of younger teenagers to give them the freedom to come and go on their own schedule, while being close to 'home'. Walk to all of Morey's Piers and enjoy all three water parks - just steps from your door. You won't find a more convenient, practical location for a family with children.

Even though you are so close to the action, it is easy to get a good night's sleep here. You are set back a reasonable 1/2 block distance from the boardwalk, so that the boardwalk traffic is not overwhelming. This condominium is very calming. It is filled with comfortable furniture including a big screen TV in the living area for your viewing pleasure and the attached front deck is a nice place to sit with either your morning coffee or your evening cocktails!

There is garage parking for two cars. There is an outdoor shower is behind the building for your convenience. There are association maintained gas grills by the heated professionally maintained pool. There is even a hired trash service to bring your cans to the curb. No chores here!

NOTE! There are five different 3 bedroom, 2 bath units available here, as well as two larger 4, 5 bedroom units. Each of the 3 bedroom, 2 bath units are pretty much identical and are set up to sleep a family of up to 10. Vacation together with family and friends in the same building, sharing the same pool. HURRY! There are still some great "double" week combinations available for 2018! Vacation together with family and friends!

FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. As in all condominium and townhouse associations on the island, no rentals are permitted to unsupervised children or students; no prom groups; no senior weeks; no high school or college students without parental supervision. This is an awesome rental in a great location!

We rented this property for the week with 2 adults and 8 kids ages 2-17. There was plenty of room. It is a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach access. The kids all enjoy the rides and arcades and Magnolia Street is right in the middle of their favorites things. The pool was warm and the neighboring vacationers were friendly. The garage has plenty of room to park even our oversized SUV. Extra locked storage in the garage for your beach things or bikes. Kitchen was well equipped with toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, frozen drink maker, and even a waffle iron. Bring along spices and the tools needed to crack and pick crabs but otherwise you are set.

This rental is great for a larger group or family.

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great time with friends in this upper level rental that was spacious and clean upon arrival. Alot of steps to get to the second floor. Garage can fit a car and a medium sized SUV. There is a 3rd parking spot in front of the garage. Great proximity and walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach. We would definitely would rent this space again. I would suggest several updates. The leather coaches need to be updated. They were ripped upon arrival. The mattress in the master bath and the double beds need to be updated along with the wicker furniture. The listing states that there is an outdoor shower, however this is extremely misleading. There is a pipe with a small opening at the top for you to wash sand off and a spigot at the bottom to wash your feet. This is not a traditional enclosed outdoor shower. We were told we could not grill at all but found a grill in the garage. We had a problem with the AC and was fixed immediately upon reporting it to the realtor. All in all clean, spacious and a great beach weekend.

My extended family and I spent a week here in June. The condo was great, very clean, well decorated and tons of closet space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need.There were lots of games and an extra large kitchen table where we could ALL play and eat together. The rental agency was great also.The whole experience

was wonderful.We will be back next summer.

Notification MORE THAN 90 days prior to check in date - all deposit monies shall be returned to the tenant, less a $200 cancellation fee.
Notification LESS THAN 90 days prior to check-in date - any refund is based on the amount of a re-rental at no loss to the owner, less the $200.00 cancellation fee. No re-rental, no refund. The more notice, the better the chances for a full recovery of the rent.
