You are less than three blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and two short blocks from the Wildwood Crest border. No noise! But everything that you want to do and see is right up the street.

This is a small two unit building. Your neighbor here does not rent - it is an owner-only occupied summer residence, which adds to the peace and quiet. This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit is brand new. Newly furnished and well equipped too.

RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO RENTALS ARE PERMITTED TO GROUPS UNDER 25 WITHOUT PARENTAL SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE. I CAN'T HELP YOU.

There are two twin roll-away cots here to be used where ever you need them to sleep two more guests.

*Dining area has a really nice large 'pub' style table with 8 chairs. There is counter top dining for two more in the kitchen

*Beautiful kitchen! All appliances and amenities. Beautiful dark hardwood upgraded cabinetry with granite counter tops and pretty tile back splash. This is a 'great room' style set up - living/dining/kitchen/front deck - all 'open concept'. The chef in the family will be happy to prepare meals and snacks, while feeling like part of the party in the center of the room. There is room for everyone here, and everyone will be comfortable.

*Living area with a sofa/loveseat and a additional chairs. There is a big screen LCD HDTV mounted over the gas fireplace, which is perfect for those cooler nights in September.

*Large private front deck. Very large! Room for a full sized table to seat six, and additional chairs as well. Everyone can enjoy the outdoors together as you enjoy your morning coffee and people watch from your balcony.

*Two car garage parking, and room for a third car in the driveway in front of the garage. Storage room near the back of the garage to store your beach gear.

*Private back yard area. Beautifully landscaped! Gas grill. Private hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower.

Great Condo-Small Complaints

I rented this condo 6/14-21. The condo is clean and exactly as the photos depict. There is plenty of parking at the condo and on the street. The location is convenient to the beach and Boardwalk-just three blocks away. The beach directly east of the home is very long-just remember this when packing for the day; we found ourselves minimizing the number of toys and chairs that we brought each day to compensate for the long beach walk.

The home does have a very small yard-we did not utlize the space, however. The deck is perfect for eating outdoors, people watching, and relaxing in the evening. There was a small outdoor shower but it wasn't functioning at the time of our visit. We did notify the property manager after checking out and I am very confident they will have it fixed promptly.

There are four bedrooms, each with a dresser and closet. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a large shower. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is perfect for luggage storage-it is quite large.

The home is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, bowls, dishes, cooking and eating utensils. All electronics were functions properly.

All TVs in the home have basic cable and Roku TV with Netflix. They are easy to use and the owner provides directions in each bedroom. The wireless password is provided.

The only issue we had that I want to mention for future renters is the fact that, although this property is managed by a realtor, the owners clean the property themselves. Although they leave the home immaculate, they arrived unannounced Saturday (this is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental) afternoon to collect garbage and recyclables from the receptacles are are stored in the garage. They let themselves into the garage and loaded the garbage into their car. Again, other than the fact that we were unaware that this would happen, this isn't a problem. Sunday morning, however, nearly an hour and a half prior to checkout time, they came again (unannounced) and opened the garage door. When they saw our cars in the garage, they closed the door and parked across the street. This was at 8:40am-checkout is at 10am for this property. When we began loading our cars to depart, they stared at us from their car. We felt as if we were inconveniencing them, although we still had an hour until checkout.

This issue would keep me from renting this property again. It's unfortunate because it is a very nice condo and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Owner's Response: Yes, the owners are very attentive and conscientious here! They clean and check their own properties every week. They will even haul trash/recyclables to the curb for their tenants. We have been renting this home for four summers now, and I have never heard from anyone else that they have ever even seen the owners. I don't know why they arrived earlier on this particular Sunday, but I have never heard that this happened at any other time. We let the owners know how this tenant felt, and that sitting in the car on the street in front of the house was probably not a good idea...... They meant no harm of course! This has not happened again. Thank you for the lovely and very thorough review. Because I have so many ads on these Homeaway sites, I do not actively solicit reviews, so I thank you for taking the time to write this one.
