We had a wonderful week at Jill Price’s home. The home is beautiful, very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Jill is very responsive- any question I emailed was answered in 24 hours (actually it was usually answered within the hour!). Everything we needed to know was emailed – very detailed on directions, instructions and anything we needed to know.

The location is great – right on the canal. We brought our paddle boards; however there are kayaks at the home to use. My husband was able to fish from the backyard deck in the evening. When looking to rent, we weren’t sure which area to choose, however this was perfect – central to everything, but peaceful. It was only a short drive whether going to Corolla or Rodanthe.

Thank you, Jill!!!

Lovely home, great weather, fun with kayak and paddle board that was for the taking. If we come back to the Banks, we'll call Jill.

Sound-side home with community waterways

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying here. The canal was a unique feature. We were pleasantly surprised to realize kayaks and a paddle board were provided as well -- somehow we missed that and didn't see it featured in the listing. Anyway, we enjoyed paddling through the waterways and out past the community pool and beach area to the sound. The dock was pretty at night. Also, this place is convenient -- just a short drive to a lot of restaurants and beach activities. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Very clean, welcoming, and beautiful

  • 5 of 5

We loved the house. The house is very beautiful and right on the water. We liked that it's shaded and you can sit on the porch out of the sun and watch the water and boats. It's a nice fishing spot and only a few minutes to the beach. We will definitely come back to this home.
