Had a great time!
Everything went so smoothly, and was just as described. This was our first time to the OBX for a family vacation. Our 16 and 20 year old were both happy with what there was to offer. We loved that it was on the canal, far enough from town but close enough to enjoy everything. We would totally chose this place again!
Cozy home. Relaxed stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cozy home on the water. We loved sitting out back and relaxing on the upper deck. We especially liked coming back to this quiet neighborhood after the dealing with all the busy holiday traffic on the main roads. The nice, curvy drive on Collington road was much loved by us motorcycle riders. Check in was as easy as it gets, and Jill always replied to messages quickly. Everything at the house worked great, so we didn't need to contact her during our stay. The neighbors to the right of the house were friendly and even dropped off some laundry soap. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
First Time OBX
Nice cottage for our family of 4. 17 and 20 yo boys enjoyed the kayaks and many a corn game played. Pool is very nice. Jill returned our calls promptly and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
We had everything we needed and the house is in a great location! The view is peaceful and the area below is nice for relaxing outside. Thanks for a nice vacation!
We loved the security of the guarded gate. Met neighbors in the community that gave us great information on what to do, the fishing, and best sunset. Cool breeze on the second floor deck. Will return for sure
Stayed for 4 nights with my 8 yr old, and we enjoyed it all: catching crabs from the back dock, and only a short drive to the public-access beach. In particular, I liked the shady options in the back. Would be great for couples, as well as small families.
