About Barbara Wilson
We visited Tucson for many years and loved it. We often rented at Coronado Place and decided, to purchase one, and rent it out, as a business. We took great care in updating the property with new flooring, furniture, and surfaces, such as the kitchen and bathroom counters, and enjoy updating the property, every year. We live in Indiana, but you can contact us at any time. Your new neighbors know us, and are always helpful, when our guests need assistance. I will gladly send you a Facebook friend request, if you want to find out more about us. Just drop a note, and I will send the request. We believe in full transparency, and creating an environment, where you feel comfortable and safe!

Why Barbara Wilson chose Tucson
Our condo is located in a secluded corner of the complex. It has a walled in patio and is a quick walk from the hot tubs, pool, and outdoor grill.
What makes this Condo unique
One of the most secluded areas in the complex. The loft windows look out over the mountains.

Comfortable and safe
Condo in development, close to Sabino Canyon and bike loop and shopping.
This condo had all of the necessities for our stay, the owners seemed to think of everything needed. We had good and quick communication with the owner. The only negative comment I could make is the air exchange unit was very loud.
Excellent apt. Complex just OK.
The property itself was fine. Probably need better instructions for TV. Speed bumps need to be better marked. A little trouble finding the apt in the complex
Winter 2019 Tucson Get Away
Quiet, comfortable, well-appointed condo with easy access to hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. Close to Udall Park and Loop trails for casual walking and Sabino Canyon for hiking. Bedrooms are spacious with the upstairs bedroom having a large, walk-in closet and master bathroom. In unit laundry is a big plus. The landlords were very responsive to any emails and provided a lot of information regarding attractions in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this condo and want to thank Barb and Mark for sharing their home with us.
Condo on the East Side.
Cozy with comfortable beds-just right for sleeping. Nice touch having a basket of toiletries in case you left something home or didn't think to pack. Large washer/dryer, plenty of linens. Convenient to Trader Joe's, COSTCO and good restaurants. Wheeled shopping basket and trolly useful for unloading groceries. Couldn't get the computer on line. Barb very communicative and helpful. A bit far from the convention center. Quiet and safe. The second bedroom is a loft with a full bath.
Great place to stay with pleasant landlords
Comfortable, quiet condo with easy access to most places we wanted to visit in Tucson. Beautiful view outside of the Catalina Mountains. Wonderful Park within walking distance with activities for seniors as well as the younger set. Our landlords had plenty of information in condo about places to see and the kitchen was fully equipped! Hot tubs were in good shape and quite warm, but pool was too cool for swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider returning. Only drawback was noisy air conditioner.
Udall Park is within walking distance. Sabino Canyon is just a short drive and is a great place for hiking and birdwatching. Colossal Cave, Kartchner Caverns, the Plane Boneyard, the desert museum, the plane museum, U of A, and so much more to do! Walking distance to a great massage too :-)
